Bedroom has end tables with phone charger outlets , and AC in bedroom and in the living room. Coffee, snacks, lots of extras provided. Wonderful place to relax, and enjoy your vacation.
It was a great property. The view from our window was very peaceful as were the surrounding ranch lands. The property owner was very responsive to messages as well as provided a helpful heads up about the limited grocery options in the area. So coming with sufficient provisions is advised.
I met my son, who has been hiking the PCT walking north to south. It was a nice getaway for him and two friends he met on PCT to relax, rest their legs, and cook some great meals after we enjoyed crater lake national park. Kitchen well stocked for those who like to cook. The cozy cabin was clean and Tanna was very responsive to questions.
Amazing and a hidden GEM. I have been going to Crater Lake for the past six years and my normal place was booked. I was so happy to find this place. Clean, kitchen had everything I needed and I loved the view. So much more. The best place to stay at a very reasonable price. The HOST was great!
Clean, friendly, well stocked with full kitchen fridge and stove/oven. Very peaceful setting with easy drive to Crater Lake. We were in number 3 which has a nice deck facing the pasture and rock formations. Watch for the golden eagles! Recommend bringing in some food if you plan on hanging close to cabin.
The setting was nice, but we had 3 ladies and it seems to fit 2 people well due to the size! The host, Tanna was very quick to respond to our questions! The setting was very peaceful!
We absolutely loved our stay!! We had our coffee on the deck while watching the cows. The place was immaculate!!Perfect space for the two of us. Host responded quickly to a question. We loved the location and spent our days at Crater Lake.
Loved the location and the property itself. Didn't love how hot the place was all the time and how uncomfortable the beds were. The place was clean but the power went out the last night around 7 and we were told it would come back on around 10 30pm but we left at 8 30 am the next day and the power still was not on. This was not the hosts fault but we read in one of the guest books that this happened before. No warning of it happening and no backup generator are what made me mad. Drove the whole way home with no phone, no shower, no sleep and no food in my belly. Next time I will no better but perhaps its just an Oregon thing.
It was a great place. The herd of cows made it a very mellow start to our stay. In the morning we were greeted by the very busy Prairie dog community just steps from the house. Everything was need and tidy. We would definitely stay again.
Place was very small for 4 people, which it was rated for. Dead bugs in the corners and hair on the shower wall. Hot water situation was ridiculous. Once gone you have to wait an hour for hot water again. Very disappointed. The one thing that was slightly nice was the scenery but not worth it. Would not stay here again.
Very clean, basically brand new tiny house, sitting on a working cattle ranch. Easy to find and about 30 minutes to Crater Lake. The house sits with three other tiny houses close by, but there was only one other unit occupied while we were there. Itâs very scenic with cattle in the pasture and mountains in the background. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed coffee in the mornings and cold beverages in the evenings. The host was responsive, helpful, and a good communicator.
We stayed 2 nights and used this cabin as our home base for visiting Crater Lake which was approximately 30 minutes away depending on where at the Lake you plan to go. It was perfect for the two of us. Watching the steer in the field was a different kind of experience. The host left us a pound of ground beef in the freezer that we gladly enjoyed after a long day of hiking. I loved how quiet the location is and also how many stars you can see from the back porch.
Wonderful setting to watch the sunset while watching the cows. Dark area for star gazing. Crater Lake is only 25 minutes away and an easy drive. Home seems new and well appointed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend if you are in the CLNP area!
