A solid family gathering house. Close to beach. Great game room for small and big kids (and younger adults!) Close to Captiva restaurants and room for many to enjoy the property. The house may not be furnished and decorated like some homes that are listed for two or three times the price but it was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. There is no shortage of cabinet space to accommodate what is brought in. For the money- it was a great place to bring my family together for a weekend at the beach. We would return again if we were heading back to Captiva and the beaches for sure.

Overall great stay. Property comes with limited toiletries so recommend bringing your own. Had some issues with the washer and the upstairs bathrooms. The pool and the hot tub were great.

There is a leak in the roof just in front of the laundry, where water is coming through the alarm sensor.

Great family stay. Perfect location. Something to do rain or shine. Five minute walk to beach. Swimming pool of our own. Pool table for rainy days. It was so clean and well stocked with everything from spices to beach towels. When the trash wasn’t picked up I called and they had it remedied in an hour. Wonderful customer service.

Beautiful Captiva

Captiva is bouncing back slowly from Hurricane Ian but bouncing back it is. Vibrant community, beautiful beaches & sunsets and amazing people. We come often and will continue to do so. Coco Mango is a beautiful home away from home. Rent a golf cart.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great - short walk to the beach and shops. The house is clean and spacious with lots of room for a large group. The kitchen had most of the things one might need for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels and the beach chairs were a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub were really nice to have; just wish the hot tub stayed hot. We had to turn it on in the morning to get it warmed up for the day - not ideal if you want to use in the mornings. The water pressure could use some improvements and the hot water was very inconsistent. Attention to a few details would go a long way - providing a cooler to use at the beach, providing additional garbage bags to put in trash cans, fix the leaky sink. Communication was prompt. Overall this was a nice property given its proximity to the beach and shops.

Check in process was seamless. House was clean and very nice. Had to communicate with the management company / owner about a minor WiFi issue and they were helpful and walked me through it. They followed up the next day just to double check . Overall was very Satisfied.

The house is spacious, very comfortable and immaculate. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and beaches.There were lots of pool floats and beach chairs. It was a perfect house for our family gathering. Would definitely rent it again.

We were very pleased with the property and how it was equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Pool and pool area were excellent and rooms were spacious clean. Close beach and restaurants as described. We were delighted to find beach chairs and supplies in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay!!

The house is slightly dated and would benefit from some minor cosmetic upkeep. The 5 ensuite, king size bedrooms were spacious. And the screen enclosed pool with overflow hot tub along with the shuffleboard, pool, and fooseball tables provide for abundant entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, general store, and beach access within 5-10 minute walks. Great Location.
