This fully equipped studio is located 1 block from the beach on the first floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, a dining area and workspace. Enjoy high speed internet and TV with Netflix. Nested in the desirable Mid-Beach area, you will be close enough to all of the action Miami Beach has to offer while being in a more quiet part of the island. The Space:
The apartment is renovated and features a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with all you'd need to cook a meal during your stay, a dining area, a large shower, ample closet space, a work desk, netflix and high speed internet. We also include beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided for your use at the beach, which is located one block away.

LOCATION: The property is just a short peaceful stroll to Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (50 minutes from FLL) and 6 minutes from Club LIV inside the Fontainebleau Hotel, a premier Miami Beach nightclub. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property's exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950's and is nested between the Indian Creek waterway and the beach. You have water very close by on all sides which is special, this is the narrow part of Miami Beach where you can walk its width! The Faena Hotel is a few blocks away, as is club LIV.
The popular Miami Beach has a section called Mid Beach that runs from 24th street to 63rd street. In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops, most of which are located in the 41st Street district.

You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk that runs from 21st street to 46th street and you will feel as if all your stress has dissipated.

Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on the corner on Collins, and a bus stop across the street. There is a free trolley that stops there as well. Uber/Lyft are economical options for getting around.
