Enjoy your stay in this resort-style home close to Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback, whitewater rafting, Hunting/game lands, skiing/snowboarding, tubing, wineries, golf, disc golf, and more. Take in the fall foliage (fall colors), plan an adventure, take a romantic getaway or a fun family trip! This home and community are FULL of AMENITIES (private deck, grill, fire pit, the community has pools, beaches, rental kayaks, SUP/Paddleboards, etc) & more! A work-from-home friendly vacation home that is within walking distance to trailheads leading to state game lands and Brady Lake hiking trails.

THE SPACE
This beautifully decorated and spacious chalet has an open floor style with soaring vaulted ceilings.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances: refrigerator with filtered water & ice maker, crock-pot, Keurig-k duo coffee maker (single serve & 12 cup carafe), and all cooking essentials provided!

This house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large bonus loft with futon. It will be ready with clean hotel-quality bedding and bath linens & towels for your arrival.

Get comfortable & relax next to the gas fireplace; watch your favorite TV program on one of the 4 smart TVs (Netflix, Starz, Disney+) or play a board game with your family and friends.

This home sits on an oversized corner lot surrounded by an undeveloped lot for more privacy than most homes in this community with plenty of off-street parking for up to 8 cars. Outside you will find a large private deck, seating areas, a gas grill, and large private firepit area with seating.

Check in is at 4pm but you’re welcome to arrive at the community as soon as 12PM to use the community beaches, pools and lodge. Relax, you're on lake time - Come, enjoy, and have fun!

IMPORTANT: Community Fees:
As of 1/1/23 all of the community fees are to be paid by the homeowner on behalf of renters no less than 3 full days prior to arrival. To pay these fees, we need the names of vehicle drivers and all vehicle information for your party so we can pay the fees on your behalf or you will not be permitted to enter the community. The price listed here includes up to 6 guests, 2 cars. (Most properties charge these as additional add-on fees so read listings carefully when choosing your vacation home.) Additional guest incur an additional fee of $8.50 per person/per day and $20 for additional cars)

Rental information CANNOT BE CHANGED within 3 days of arrival. The community is very strict on this so please confirm all information is accurate and let us know if any changes well in advance (>3 days before arrival). These fees are non-refundable within 3 days of arrival.

For awareness, the registration fees (which the owners will pay for up to 6 people and 2 cars):
- Temporary Membership Fee: $8.50 per person per day (for those 6 years and older)
- Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
- Registration Transaction Fee: $35 per party

Gate cards are NOT interchangeable between cars - Can incur a $500 FINE, AND may be escorted out of the community by the association security.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: With your Arrowhead Lake wristband You will enjoy:
2 Lakes that have 4 swimming beaches (with bathrooms) and 3 pools. One pool is walk-able from the home (~10min). Lake beaches allow all inflatable rafts and toys, kayaks and paddleboards, numerous playgrounds, Tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, and horseshoe pits.

The Lodge is the focal point for a long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs, the Fitness Center, Adult Billiards Room and Library, etc.

A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kid's games.

The Rental Shack (located at the Island Pool)- Open daily (during the summer season) to rent row boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, bicycles, and sports equipment -Cash Only! / Closed for the winter season.

Golf carts are permitted and can be rented for the duration of your stay from a local vendor (Pocono Motorsports).

Fishing: All anglers 16 and up must have a PA fishing license. It can be purchased online at fishandboat.com

Arrowhead Lakes Community is a gated community patrolled by security 24/7.

Arrowhead Lake is ~20 min to Jack Frost and Big Boulder (both on Epic Pass);
30-40 min to Camelback (w/Aquatopia waterpark), Mt. Airy Resort Casino, Kalahari waterpark, and Great Wolf Lodge (open year-round). Jim Thorpe and Stroudsburg are fun, easy day trips.

This particular home is within walking distance to the state game lands w/ hunting, fishing, and walking trail around Brady Lake.
