The outside features a private gated deck overlooking the wooded back yard, a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The back deck is gated to ensure safety from stairs for the little ones and small pets.

Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community that requires all rental guests to purchase a temporary membership before arrival. Fees are non-optional and will be invoiced through your host.

Fee Breakdown:
• Temporary Membership – $8.50/person/day (ages 6+) during in-season, or $2.00/person/day off-season. Stays of 5–7 nights are charged a flat rate of $42.50/person.
• Vehicle Gate Access Card – $20 per vehicle
• Administration Fee – $20 per rental registration

Important Deadlines:
• Must be registered at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee.
• No changes can be made within 1 day of check-in.

In-season runs from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

Once registered, guests will receive a QR code by email the day before check-in for gate access.
