Modern Chalet in Arrowhead Lakes Community

The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet with modern comforts in a beautiful forest setting. First floor is an open floor plan with plenty of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and central heat/air. The Nest thermostat is controlled by lightly tapping the side of the unit towards the top and then using your finger to scroll through settings and temperature options.

First floor includes a living room with leather sofa and gas fireplace to relax in all year round. Open the sliding glass doors to enjoy the summer breeze or sit in the leather reading chair next to the fireplace to warm up in the winter months. The living room includes access to Amazon Fire TV/Music, as well as a library of books, board games and puzzles to get through the afternoon thunder showers. This room also includes a wood top dining table that seats six, with room for four more at the kitchen island. Plenty of room for the group to enjoy meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen or outdoor gas grill (available April through November). Completing the first floor are two bedrooms, laundry, and a full bathroom.

The second level features the master bedroom with king-sized bed, work space, and second full bathroom.

Outdoor space includes a large, raised, wraparound deck with gas grill and seating and dining areas, as well as a yard and firepit surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs to sit and roast smores. A hammock completes the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings.

Arrowhead Lake Amenities (w/ fee) include: 3 heated swimming pools, 4 beaches, a clubhouse, fitness room, game room with pool tables, tennis & basketball courts, and a beach volleyball court.

Arrowhead Lake Rental Policy:
1. Guest Registration: Please note that in order to enter this gated community, travelers must be fully registered with all fees submitted at least three days prior to arrival or at least one day prior to arrival with a $100 late fee. ALCA will refuse entry to anyone not in compliance with this 3-day requirement. Fees for ALCA will be collected by the owner through VRBO and paid on the renter's behalf. The schedule of fees for ALCA follows:

Transaction Fee (one-time, non-refundable) $20
Gate Card Fee (per vehicle for the duration of visit) $20
Temporary Membership Fee per guest per day (aged 6 and older):
$8.50 peak season (mid-May through mid-September)
$2 off-season
Temporary Membership Fee (aged 6 and older) $42.50 per week (peak-season)

2. Temporary Membership Passes are mandatory for each guest 6 & older. These fees help with staffing, road upkeep, trash & recycling, lake maintenance, and security, and allow our community to open its doors to guests year round.

When you book your stay, you will send us your email address, the number of cars you plan to have, and the number of guests over 5 that will be joining you. We will request the appropriate fees through the resolution center and then submit information and payment to Arrowhead Lake on your behalf.

Canceled trips (for any reason) will receive a full refund of their Arrowhead Lake registration fees (less the $20 non-refundable transaction fee).
