Walk to Lifts et Ville

Der Steiermark est idéalement situé à environ 100 verges de la zone de base du pic 9, et seulement la moitié d'un pâté de maisons de la rue Main sur le flanc de la montagne. Nous sommes à droite sur le fleuve Bleu et vous accédez à la Riverwalk juste de notre porte arrière. Notre emplacement est très pratique pour l'ascenseur Quicksilver de ski et le patinage sur glace au village, et tous les restaurants et magasins à Breckenridge. Notre restaurant mexicain préféré, MiCasa, se trouve sur notre premier étage; avec Blue River Sport pour tous vos ski, l'embarquement et la location de vélo.

Nous avons accès à Internet, bain à remous extérieur, garage fermé chauffée avec ascenseur; et nous avons réalisé un vaste remodelage de la façade il ya quelques années. Il ya de belles vues depuis le balcon et nous avons cheminées à bois. Mon loft avec une chambre et une salle de bain a un lit queen dans la chambre en bas, et une reine et deux jumeaux dans le grand loft. Il est joliment décoré, confortable et très abordable que vous pouvez dire à partir des taux.

Great Convenient Location

Great location - short walk to Lifts, Main Street (many shops and restaurants) and a grocery store. Very good value for price.

Great location.

Easy to town and walk to lifts. Space was clean and easy to access. Owner was responsive. Is it luxury living? No. But it is clean, plenty of space and location is truly spectacular for skiers.

Great location, very comfortable.

Walking distance to lifts and town, location couldn't be more convienient. Very comfortable well appointed kitchen, lots of space with comfortable beds. Furniture and carpet quite worn but overall good value for money. Loft area was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location!

We love the location for the easy access to Main Street and the short walk to the Quick Silver Lift. The proximity to the restaurant MiCasa and to the ski rental at the family owned Blue River Sports is an added bonus. The apartment is spacious with an authentic, cosy 1970s style. We plan to come back!

Well stocked condo very close to the slopes

While not ski in/ski out, it is a short walk to the slopes. The unit was spotless upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. For two of us it was more than adequate. I think any more than 4 people would be a bit tight especially with one bathroom. In terms of noise, being right in the heart of everything sometimes it was a noisy but never a problem. We would love to return.

Condo is perfect size for my extended stay 2+weeks. Its close to everything you need, or want to do. Owner was very responsive and great to interact with. Kitchen had everything I needed, the coffee grinder was great so coffee was always fresh. I will stay again for sure.

Great price perfect location

It may not be the newest, largest, or most updated condo in Breck, but I've never found a good condo in such a perfect location for such a great price as this. Unless you're planning on spending your entire vacation sitting around inside a condo, this place can't be beat for the price. Walking distance to all my favorite restaurants, private parking garage, great view from balcony, perfect for what I needed for my vacation.

Excellent Location

Fantastic location, especially for skiing and access to down town. Property is a bit out dated and could use TLC/Updates. Overall we were very happy considering location and price. Manager/Owner was very responsive to our needs/requests.

Breckenridge July 2024 Der Steiermark

This is a perfect location if you want a smaller sized place to stay right in the south end of town. Restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee shops are right out the door. There is a single bathroom, a bedroom downstairs and a large loft above with a double bed and two single beds. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you will need. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs for sitting outside overlooking the street and to the west Peaks 8, 9 and 10. The unit is older but had everything we expected based on the written description and photos. I would stay here again.

Location Location Location

This a fully stocked condo within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Breckenridge! My husband skied for six days while I shopped, read and looked at the view, and enjoyed every minute. We went to the hot tub in the evenings, and while it is small, it wasn't too crowded to find at least a little open time. If I ever had a question the host was very quick to respond. The kitchen has everything you need!

Great Location!

I went out to visit my son who lives in Keystone. When looking for places to say, he did recommend Breckenridge, as there was more to do. Little did I know that the place I stayed was absolutely perfect. I could walk everywhere. Even though the apartment was located downtown, it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked, as I made a bunch of homemade meals for my son, so thank you for that. Bathroom had plenty of supplies and towels. The only down side was that the place could use a good cleaning. When I went to plug something in behind the nightstand, there was a coat of dust. I would definitely stay here again....

Nice little place for a ski trip

This was a great place for a solo ski trip to Breckenridge. The location is very close to Main Street and a short walk to the lift. The unit is very nice. The loft provided some extra room for family who stayed a couple nights.

2025 Ski Trip

The location of this property is perfect. Easy walking distance to the slopes. Amenities provided were very nice. Enough dishes, pots, pans, etc. The crock pot was a plus. Some spices were also on hand. Appliances are a little dated but everything worked. Enjoyed our stay!

A Winter Anniversary!

Our choice in rental for our annual visit in celebration of our marriage did not disappoint. We were pleasantly pleased with the lodging and all that it offered. The kitchen was well equipped, firewood available and is clean. The best part is the location!!! This rental is accessible to everything you may want or need by foot. We will definitely be back. If you are looking, stop scrolling and look no further. BOOK THIS PLACE as you will not be disappointed!
