Hi Deanna, Sorry we missed your expectations with our home. If you would have made us aware of your displeasure with the state of the yard and home we would have quickly contacted our yard maintenance service and cleaners to resolve the situation. Being that we are in the middle of a hot and wet summer in Memphis, grass and weeds grow quickly and you happen to catch us in between cuts, but again this could have been addressed quickly if you would have made us aware. The home is a duplex, on a corner lot, with two completely separate and private units each with their own entrance and driveway. We discussed this with you and that the only potentially shared space is the backyard and that we could prevent the other unit from using the backyard space during your stay, if that was important to you. Again, we received no response. We are truly sorry that you chose to leave early, but if you would have communicated these issues to us, we would have most certainly been able to quickly accommodate your concerns. We hope you will give future hosts this courtesy, rather than leaving without explanation and issuing a poor review.
