Close to everything but secluded and quiet to enjoy sunset views, fishing, kayaking, boating, lounging poolside or relaxing on the large balcony. Unit comes equipped with cruiser bikes, fishing poles, beach chairs, umbrella, pool float, beach towels, paddleboard and even an option to rent a waverunner during your stay! Property has a fish cleaning station, BBQ grills with picnic tables nestled in the shade, the little private beach is perfect for children, boat/jet-ski launch and dock with boat slips! Take a walk on the little lagoon boardwalk or bike nearby trails for miles and take in the serene views. The public beach is an easy 5 minute walk, if you wish to watch the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or let the kids build sand castles in the sand. There are also exquisite restaurants in the area from casual to fine dining, most with picture worthy views of the beaches. There is nothing this area does not have to offer a good time. Condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor, close to the elevator's. Forget about your worries and prepare to make endless memories with what this place has to offer!

If you wish to bring your own PWC or small boat for your stay, you must register them at the office upon arrival during normal office hours. Trailer parking for these is limited.

Beautiful view

The condo was lovely, clean and well-appointed. The view is beautiful; lots of birds. We were disappointed that we were not told that the indoor pool was closed. We had a couple of cold days, and we were anticipating using it. There was also work being done on the building (owners said prep for painting?). Very loud power sanding or something similar started at 7:50 am each morning. We didn't use the lovely balcony at all due to this noise. While this was obviously not the fault of the owners, it did affect the quality of the stay, and we were not told that there would be constant noise. Overall, a beautiful spot that is cared for well by the owners. Some details about that particular week should have been communicated more clearly prior to the stay.

Peaceful and relaxing

First the view of the lagoon day or night is gorgeous. The accommodations was very clean and the kitchen has everything that you would need, such as cookware, utensils, and cleaning supplies. There are two bicycles available, fishing poles, and other recreational options provided. Great quiet location and a very nice bbq area. Also a beautiful pool and boat ramp.

This location was great. It was out of the hustle and bustle, but nearby to everything you'd want to access in Gulf Shores. The condo itself was clean and comfortable!

Overall this condo was clean and refreshing, and best shower pressure !! We were very happy with the lagoon, on one side and the gulf shore on the other!! Had the best of both worlds.

Wonderful rental

The rental is beautifully decorated and very clean! The location is quiet and the view from the balcony is awesome. The beach is within walking distance without having to pay to park.

Loving condo with excellent view in quiet area

My husband and I enjoyed this beautiful condo with our two young grandsons. Loved the bay view from inside and outside the condo as well as the outdoor pool and private beach. The weather was not desirable with mostly cloudy skies and high 60 temps but we all enjoyed our stay. Play time at the onsite beach as well as Gulf Shores beach with us a quick walk away. Thanks or sharing your co do with us!!

nice location / bad new mattress

check in was very simple. for the most part it was very clean; however, on the first night when we went to use the oven we were unaware of the spill on the bottom, which filled the unit with an acrid smell as the oven heated up. We subsequently cleaned the oven with the "clean oven" feature. The couch has joined cushions and first night as we sat on the couch and the top of the cushions separated, we noticed a line of crumbs between the cushions. We would have cleaned had there been a vacuum. The cleaning service must use straight pine sol (sp?) as the floors were clean, but had a film that did nothing but easily accumulate more dirt. The mattress - if you like getting folded up like a taco - that mattress is for you. (ok - maybe slight exaggeration, but seriously, that mattress needs to be replaced). Remote in LR (only remote we could find) only worked in LR even though it said "bedroom" on the back. Not too big of a deal as we brought our Firestick. Kitchen and kitchen items were sort of bare bones- but kudos for tupperware. can't forget the water pressure and temperature for the shower - fantastic. wi-fi was strong. Despite the aforementioned negatives, it was quiet, overall clean, nice location, eh, just ok. nothing special. We got what we needed - escape from holiday madness and recharged our batteries.

We are self-employed Florida natives with Cajun and Creole running through our blood. We have been happily married since 2005 after meeting through close friends in 1999. We were blessed with 4 kids. All who are grown now. We are all about family and taking in each day as it comes. We are a fishing & boating family and love the gulf coast. We can't be more thrilled to be able to share our treasures along the gulf coast with you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We decided on this property after a long 5 month search because of it's fabulous location! We wanted something away from the hustle and bustle. I have been coming out to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area since I was 17. I worked detailing boats at a local marina and also held a second job at a local restaurant here. I enjoyed the locals and attractions. It was a great escape from the Pensacola area where it was hectic 24.7. Once I met my husband, we started visiting the area's car & boat shows, fishing tournaments and best of all, the beaches! So when we decided we wanted to make our move on a vacation home, it was a no brainer we would pick this place!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The perk that we fell in love with about this property was first and foremost, the views from the balcony. We also love that it has an indoor pool as well. You won't find many properties that offer a boat ramp and fish cleaning station. This property has it all and nothing else compared to it.
