This beautiful coastal home boasts both a large covered front porch as well as a covered back porch. The inviting interior offers an expansive great room with seating for the whole family and an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and picturesque windows that showcase the natural beauty of this idyllic location. The main floor living area is open to the designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a huge prep island with seating for four and separate breakfast bar with additional seating for four. No need to bring any cooking items as this home comes fully stocked for family vacation cooking or a full gourmet meal! Double French doors take you out to the covered porch, perfect for enjoying coastal outdoor living and entertaining. There are several areas of conversation-style seating, as well as an outdoor dining area with charcoal grill.

The master bedroom, with a king bed, can also be found on the main level. It is tucked away in a quiet area of the home with a private entrance to the covered back porch, and complete with a smart TV. The master ensuite bathroom boasts a wonderful separation of space with soaking tub, beautiful granite double sink vanity and private shower and toilet. Across the hall, the large guest bedroom also has a king bed and includes a separate entrance to the shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms boast luxury plank vinyl flooring. The second level brings you to the third bedroom with both a king bed and twin over twin bunkbeds that offer flexible sleeping options, along with an ensuite third full bathroom.
