Charmant cottage Southern Laurel Grove avec voiturette de golf disponible situé dans le plus grand complexe hôtelier cinq étoiles de la côte d'Émeraude, à Miramar Beach, près du Grand Boulevard de luxe à Sandestin.

Cette vieille maison architecturale de style floridien comprend un grand porche et une véranda avec vue sur le magnifique parcours de golf Ravens. Le style et le charme de ces maisons se poursuivent tout au long de cette belle maison de vacances. Chaque chambre a été soigneusement décorée avec le caractère le plus haut de gamme et des détails de conception éclectiques, du traitement des fenêtres au mobilier et aux accessoires. Chaque chambre a un attrait égal avec une télévision à écran plat.

Une famille ou un groupe de 6 à 8 personnes se sentiront très à l'aise dans ce spacieux cottage de 2 étages comprenant 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. La cuisine entièrement équipée est aussi détaillée que le reste de la maison. Il ne manque que quelques courses et un bon cuisinier. October 2018 Stay

We stayed at this home following hurricane Michael. We wanted the a place that felt homey for our kids and this place did exactly that. The kids loved riding on the golf cart down to Baytown and playing on the back porch. It was off season so it was quiet and we didn’t go to the beach but I would imagine it would be convenient for that. There were some Ant issues and the comforter in the master was stained when we got there but overall house was well kept. Also, the golf pass was a nice perk that we definitely took advantage of! We would stay there again!

October 2019 Stay

We’ve stay In the house before and love the lay out! Honestly what impressed me the most is that we had some golf cart issues and it was addressed first right away so it was clear they are running a a first rate operation as others might blow the issues off. Not only did the management company provide us with a temp cart we were also provided a refund without asking. I would highly recommend this house and management group. We’ll be back!

Warm, roomy and equipped!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a warm and cozy feeling the minute you step in the door. Have Travel Memories was on site as soon as we arrived to assist with the golf cart. We appreciated that the house was equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed the screened in porch that overlooked the golf course! The pool was around the block with a short golf cart ride to the beach. I would suggest the owners invest in a pillow top for the master mattress! I realize some like firm and others like soft but this mattress is very firm. We wanted to keep the house clean while there so we vacuumed twice but the vacuum odor was so bad we had to air out the house. The bag was competely full with no bags in sight. The two couches could really use a good steam clean too!

Amazing Family Vacation in Laurel Grove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sandestin for over 20 years either staying in our family beach house on the bay or now renting. We love Sandestin! In regards to this home, our Family of three and our teenage daughter’s friend, plus our 2 toy poodles had an Amazing stay in this beautiful home at 1365 Ravens Run West in Sandestin in Laurel Grove. Everything was perfect- spotless! The home was clean and beautifully decorated- very homey! We liked the set up with the master bedroom & another bedroom downstairs and the third bedroom with the bunk beds upstairs for the teens. All of the bedrooms a good size. Also, it is spacious with the open floor plan of the den, dining room, & kitchen. The added bonus of the screened in porch looking at the golf course out back was great! Wonderful spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening! The mattresses were comfortable too. The Golf cart was a blast and made it an easy ride to the beach and ride around the resort...had dinner a few nights in Baytowne Wharf & the teens enjoyed the activities at Baytowne. The property manager, Dave, was very helpful! The Check in was easy as was the check out. The neighborhood is beautiful....would recommend 10/10! Our family will definitely be back!To note, we stayed at another home in Laurel Grove in May 2020 that is maintained also by Travel Memories & they do an excellent job!

Comfy Sandestin Getaway Home

We loved our family stay at this spacious Laurel Grove home! Our favorite coffee/leisure space was the cozy outdoor screened back porch with a view of the Raven Golf Course’s 3rd fairway. My husband and I stayed with our daughter, her boyfriend and dog, Penny. Penny especially enjoyed all the squirrel spotting and soothing breezes on the porch. We also loved riding all around the property on the six seater golf cart. We’d return to this rental in a heartbeat! It was the perfect place for our October beach escape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying here at 1365 Laurel Grove and we had another wonderful week. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family. We loved having both golf carts, and being accessible to everything. The pool and workout room are great. The management company is the best we’ve seen and we travel frequently. They are quick to come help if you need it and have excellent communication. The manager even stopped on his way to church, on a Sunday because he had an alert the batteries were low in our door lock and didn’t want us to be inconvenienced if they died so he came right away. We were so grateful. Another plus for us is the giant box fans! We are all fan sleepers and usually bring our little fans, but it’s not the same as our floor oscillating at home, which is never a big deal but this house has two box fans that made us sleep just as well as we do at home. We love this place and will probably rent again next year. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Golf carts

The property was great and well equipped. We had rented a 4 seat and a 6 seat golf cart. The 4 seat had problems from the beginning and we were told we would receive a credit for that rental. Still waiting.

Laurel Grove Memorial Day 2021

Great location - convenient to beach , Baytown and shopping- easy to access using golf cart Nicely decorated with expensive and unique wall furnishings - could use new chairs in family room as they are dated- we do need to point out the front door entry and back door entry smelled like smoke- the golf cart customer service guy agreed and said probably house cleaning crew- however upon our return home we all noticed that our clothes smelled like smoke as well

We will look into the smoke smell as this obviously was not the cleaning crew (housekeepers are not allowed to smoke in or around any property) as you smelt it later in your stay and by the doors. Laurel Grove Home

Great house. Great location. Excellent amenities. Overlooks golf course. Enjoyed screened back porch for afternoon reading and cocktails. Very well furnished Kitchen had everything we needed. Layout of home is roomy and comfortable. The only reason for not giving this home a 10+ is due to furnishings in great room and condition of carpets. As others have posted, all the upholstered furniture in great room needs replacement. It’s simply worn out and uncomfortable. Rugs and carpets looked worn or needed cleaning. Very disappointing that home of this caliber and price doesn’t have update furnishings.

Wonderful Stay at Laurel Grove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From our first booking we had an excellent experience with this rental company and loved the home we stayed in. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We were excited to even have fans in the closet, as we are fan sleepers. We loved the option to upgrade to the two golf carts! It was so nice to have those in case a group wanted to go to the pool and a few to the beach. We loved the location of the home, access to the pool and fitness center was a huge plus too! Hurricane Sally hit during our stay and the rental company was amazing in responding to emails with my concerns quickly and we felt very comfortable riding out the storm in our rental home. We did travel with our three small dogs and they loved the stay as much as my family. Dave from Have Travel Memories was also an awesome resource stopping to show us how the golf carts worked, explaining the rental and assisting in any information and answering questions. Overall this was a great trip, a Wonderful home that met all our needs, with Hurricane Sally and all we would do it all over again. We would definitely rent this home again in Sandestin. It is our FAVORITE get away spot! We can’t wait for our next trip back.

They tried to be helpful when our electricity went out for no reason (was NOT just our place, so not their fault at all). Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you need to cook- even had extra spices if needed ❤️ Decor was okay- needs a little updating, as my son said- “Kind of feels like I am at grandma’s”- but that also means he was comfortable! The only serious negative was the master bedroom mattress is in serious need of replacement. Overall though- great place!

Spring Break 2020

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 1365 Laurel Grove was marvelous!!! Beautiful home and free amenities (especially golf) were fantastic! Wonderful neighborhood and the entire Haversham family made our stay a great one👍🏻... thank you for a stress free stay in a beautiful home😎

July 2019 Stay

Enjoyed our stay in this home. Had everything we needed. Loved that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Had books to read, some board games, just overall very nice. Only suggestion would be to switch out comforters on twin beds. Are kind of dated and not too comfortable according to our two boys that slept there. They also said they were too short due to design. They did appreciate all the beach toys that are in home though. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. WiFi was spotty a couple of days, but spent so much time at beach we didn’t mind. :). Will definitely rent again if we return to Destin.
