This is a lovely home in a great location. Everything you need is there with a few extra's thrown in. We were there over Halloween and loved all of the decorations in the neighborhood. We had a question prior to arrival and Renee promptly answered both her phone and our question-we would stay there again.

We stayed at this charming property for a weekend visit to our son in nearby Dayton. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully appointed with vintage touches that reminded me of my grandparent's house when I was a child. Comfortable beds, a dreamy shower (with plenty of hot water), great kitchen amenities, and a quaint, walkable neighborhood rounded out our experience. This is a keeper!

My family and I loved the place!! Entire house was very clean from top to bottom and had plenty of essentials to get us started. Beds were very comfortable and house stayed very cool considering it was mid to upper 90s our entire trip & its an older house thats saying alot. Anything negatives I could say was so insignificant that it's not even worth stating. 5 & we'll be back when visiting our Ohio family!!

Such a cute house and property, it was close to the nice little downtown with restaurants to choose from. Beds were comfortable and shower had plenty of water pressure. It was comfortable and cozy.

Cute house - wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay. The house is located in very short walking distance to the cute downtown shops and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to a very minor issue, and provided wonderful instructions prior to check in. Highly recommend this property, and would stay again!

Great little place in Miamisburg

Since I stayed here before I had an idea of what to expect and I was not disappointed! This is such a great house to vacation in and visit family in Miamisburg! Not to mention all the activities within walking distance too! Highly recommend this cottage! Thanks again Renee! Hope to stay again next year too!

Cute little place! The stairs up to the 2nd level are a little steep but no complaints at all. Just mentioning for reference. It was right in town and just down the street from the police station. I felt very safe. We visited in the winter and didn’t walk to downtown but in the summer it’s really walkable. So many great shops in downtown Miamisburg.

Adorable and well appointed home in a walkable location to restaurants and shops. Stayed at the property to attend my daughter’s college graduation at UD. We took advantage of the beautiful patio each night. The beds were very comfortable!

Lovely and cozy

Beautiful home. Clean, great location. The stairs are a bit steep, but also part of the charm. There is a train rhat runs at night, but we slept through it. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the restaurants.

This is the place to book! My family absolutely loved staying here! It is gorgeous, clean, and provides a relaxing, peaceful, and secure environment to rest. The host is so nice, quick to respond to any questions, and her hospitality is unmatched. Check in/Check out is clearly defined and simple. The house is fully stocked with everything my family would need and more; it felt welcoming and very homey. The amount of effort and care that was put into this house reflects in each room. The rooms are spacious with exceptionally tasteful decor and incredibly comfortable beds. I have no complaints and nothing but praise for the host! We will definitely book this home in the future and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Clean and convenient

My parents myself and my husband all stayed together in this super cute and clean home. What a great job Renee has done with the remodel and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to town for shopping and treats.

Very cute house. Stairs are curvy and very steep. Not appropriate for someone with mobility issues are very small children. Host was very responsive. We had trouble connecting to the TV in the living room, she was very helpful. There is a train that goes by continuously almost it really did not bother us much.

Wedding weekend

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. We loved everything about it. Six of us stayed and we were quite comfortable. The cottage was the perfect spot to stay as it was walkable to the downtown area. If we’re out that way again, we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing

The house is decorated with style and is very cosy. We enjoyed staying there whilst visiting family. Fresh crispy bedsheets offered good night sleep and the owner left coffee and water for us which was very thoughtful. We would definitely suggest this house if you are in miamisburg. Thanks for having us.

We will definitely be back. Downtown Miamisburg was a short walk from this home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and loved the outdoor area.
