Bring your whole family to this stunning brand new home completed in June 2019. It's just six houses from the beautiful Bradley Beach. Relax in the large private pool and hot tub in the secluded yard which backs up to acres of preserved lands. Head straight out on your bike to enjoy the island's 24 miles of trails or take a short stroll to the playground at Driessen Beach Park. This spacious home is 3200 sq. feet and comfortably sleeps 24 with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and an elevator that serves all floors. There's plenty of room for gathering with an open kitchen that seats 4 at the counter, a dining table that seats 12 and a large open living room. Continue through the sliding doors onto the large deck with a table with seating for 8 and enjoy coffee or cocktails in the covered seating area. Head down to ground level to the pool & hot tub with loungers and another table with seating for six and a ping pong table. This house has it all!

1 bedroom on main floor with King bed, 2nd floor Master with King bed, 2 Guest bedrooms with King beds, 3 floor 1 Guest bedroom with 6 double bunk beds; 1 Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a pack n play. All bedrooms have 42 inch TV's with roku.
Bathrooms have wall mounted hairdryers and bedrooms feature luxurious Ritz Carlton Comphy Company sheets.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

**Pool heat is available for an additional 100.00 a day. Pool can be heated to 88 degrees from October to April.**

Parking: 5 vehicles max: 1 in garage, 3 in driveway | No parking on the street or on landscaping

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.
