Cette belle maison de 4 450 pieds carrĂ©s est situĂ© Ă  quelques pas de la plage de Burke. Le plan d'Ă©tage Ă  concept ouvert donne un bel effet fluide Ă  la cuisine, au salon et Ă  la salle Ă  manger, ce qui est idĂ©al pour recevoir! Rendez-vous pour la soirĂ©e dans la salle des mĂ©dias au 2Ăšme Ă©tage avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et des fauteuils inclinables, parfaits pour une soirĂ©e cinĂ©ma en famille! Guys Trip of 7

Home was exactly as you would expect. There were plenty of places for the guys to hang out as a group or even split off into smaller groups. It was great relaxing experience and will def be back in a future trip.

Great House

The house was amazing and just as described. The close proximity to the beach was very nice and the open areas in the house were great. The hot tub and out door bar area were definitely a bonus. Would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful time

3 Surf Watch Way is a beautiful home. This home offers a lot of extras. I have also never seen such a well stocked kitchen! It could use a little extra space for dry groceries but the two refrigerators are wonderful to have. VHHI stays on top of everything and are very accommodating! They even stop by to check in on their visitors on the first day to see how things are going. Our vacation is off to a fabulous start!

Great House, Disappointing Pool and Spa Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the size and location of the house. We had paid for pool heat at booking but when we arrived there was no heat and both the spa and pool had not had maintenance/cleaning performed for some time. Called VHHHI soon after arrival...plus several more times....but no one ever came to add heat or clean and pool/spa....making both basically unusable for our stay, VHHH was responsive but pool contractor never showed up. Very disappointed grandkids and unhappy adults. Two refrigerators was a nice feature but absolutely no pantry storage for food...had to sit out on the counter. Kitchen is well stocked...owner should purge some things to make the space more functional. Living room is huge and comfortable...able to accommodate our entire family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home! Plenty of room! Rental company was great to deal with! This home was ideal for social distancing during our beach getaway. We didn’t do our normal running around because of the pandemic and the house offered us extras to keep some occupied. Loved this house but if you have older folks who aren’t as mobile and want to visit the beach, you may choose a different area. Even if we would have driven my parents down the beach access, the path is still quite lengthy. A few things I could mention for the homeowners regarding some cons are the following: Cabinet space for renters grocery needs would be great. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with needed cooking/dining essentials but there was no room to store dry goods. It would also be nice to have some ceiling fans located outside in the covered outdoor bar area Possibly a shop style fan downstairs where the gaming and putt putt is located for some sort of air. The kids would come upstairs drenched from hanging out down there. It would also be nice if the pergola over the hot tub had some sort of plexiglass to keep all of the debris from the neighbors tree off the cover and out of the hot tub. This was a deterrent to even use the hot tub. And the tree out along the driveway could use some trimming so that it doesn’t scratch vehicles. I am not trying to deter any vacationers from this lovely home. I just want others to be informed and some of these things may assist with any decisions.

Lots of lights burned out and hot water ran out every day with 8 adults. READ what is included in the house because lots of things are NOT included- (ex: hair dryer). The extent of the rules and add on charges had me looking for Coach Saban constantly.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, and the spaces are well-designed for multiple people. There were 8 of us, and the house was beyond ample. Easy walk to the beach, the park, and even putt putt golf. Would definitely visit again.

perfect golf trip

what a great place to stay and play. the only reason didnt give a 5 is because i couldnt find garbage bags when we were cleaning up prior to checkout. maybe put a box of bags under fridge somewhere instead of a bag that looks like someones toliettries. that said we will definately be looking to return in 2025. excellent place

Family vacation

Beautiful house ! Pictures are how it looks. Rooms are all big. Each couple had a beautiful comfortable bed and bathroom and a large closet. We walked to the beach everyday (8 min) away. We could have a get together in the living room or kitchen or outside with the pool and bar, lots of room. Had lots of fun downstairs with the putting greens and games. I love Hilton Head 😎

A Once Loved Home Is Now Suffering for Lack of Attention

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was once a well loved property. A large beautiful house that houses many people in a great location near Burke’s Beach. A pool, a hot tub, a grill and a multi-purpose game room for children to enjoy.Our family had a fabulous time at this house. Sadly, the house was delivered in not top quality condition. The deck was unswept and cluttered with debris from the pine trees. There was no broom or vacuum cleaner to even straighten it out over the week. Cigarette butts from former renters were left in ashtrays on the deck. The grill was in sad shape and needs replacing.The two things I asked for: Heat in the hot tub and for the hot tub to be clean. We even agreed to pay extra for the heat in the hot tub. The hot tub was not clean, even after the service man came to work on it. He never put water in it to top it off. It gave off a strong odor of chlorine and shot milky water from the jets.The real estate company never sent us a code to open the front door as promised. They had to be done after numerous phone calls to the office. The check out list was not sent until numerous texts were sent requesting it.They sent the wrong video for the house. It was a video for 3 other houses that they rent but not the house that we rented. There were extremely polite but incredibly incompetent.

What a wonderful property! Plenty of room, clean, and close to the beach. Everything we needed for our family vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for sharing your home with us for our family vacation, we had a wonderful week and are appreciative! It was only a short walk to the beach where large sandcastles were built by all. The guys enjoyed a day golfing while the girls spent that day at the outlet mall. We grilled out most evenings while enjoying the pool. On the day we had some rain we enjoyed activities in the garage. Our only wishes are that the carpets would have been clean and that the kitchen would have had some salt, pepper and a few spices.
