Newer home - steps from Burkes Beach

Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.

Interaction with Guests:
The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

Amazing!

We had the most amazing stay here with our family for my husband’s 40th birthday. The location is amazing. The house was beautiful. Everything was perfect! We want to come back for my 40th next year!

Outstanding Property

I have rented many homes in Hilton Head but this was by far the best! The location is great since you can walk across the street to get to the beach. The layout of the house was wonderful and the size of the kitchen/dining and family room could easily accommodate our large group so we could hang out together. The pool and hot tub were great. Hopefully we will be back again.

The house was perfect for our beach vacation with friends. It was very roomy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. The gorgeous beach was just a short walk from the house! We appreciated having the beach wagon and chairs to use. The kids loved coming back from the beach to jump in the pool and hot tub. Our friends rented an electric vehicle, and we were pleased to find that there was an EV charger! We had the most relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Beautiful home in the PERFECT location!

The house was meticulous and large enough to accommodate our large family group of 18. Each room was comfortable and wonderfully decorated’. First class all the way! We didn’t want to leave. Communication with the owners/managers was first rate. Questions were answered right away. HIGHLY recommend renting this house! You will not be disappointed!!!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this property. The best VRBO rental we have ever experienced. Our large extended family group with all ages enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was perfectly clean and we loved how every bedroom was large with amazingly comfortable king size beds. The kids and teenagers really enjoyed the full sized bunk beds. The kitchen was incredibly equipped. The location was perfect just steps from the beach. We enjoyed the brand new grill, and the clean and well kept pool and hot tub. The house was closely located to shopping and restaurants. We loved riding bikes on the beach. We rented bikes in the past and had to lock them up individually. It was so convenient to have a large garage to store them all in. The house is well stocked with amazing beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. It made for wonderful days on the beach. The house truly helped us create a magical vacation.

Spacious, comfortable, close to ocean!

Our group of 11 adults had a great stay at this beautiful new home. Super close to a gorgeous beach, and easy to access other HHI restaurants, sites, and nature. House layout works extremely well for large groups, with plenty of space to spread out and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay.

This house is new and beautifully decorated. The pictures are very accurate. It accommodated our group of 15 nicely. The kitchen had everything we need for a large group. The beach is within close walking distance. The pool and hot tub were used daily. The property manager had great communication and was very accommodating. Overall great experience and would stay here again in the future.

Amazing place to stay, everything expected and more!

Our family of 24 people gathered for a 4 day weekend for my husbands 60th birthday. This home was very warm and welcoming, spacious and supplied with everything imaginable right down to the smallest of items, they thought of EVERYTHING! There is a grocery store (Kroger) close by that will have anything you need for groceries. Beach access is steps away and the home is equipped with beach chairs, canopy tent and wagon to help get items to the beach The property manager was very attentive to our questions and needs, which only was that we wanted the pool heated, kudos to Elise and Ken!

Great home & location

This home comfortably slept 16 adults and 6 children, we loved that the majority of the rooms had an en suite. It was clean and spacious. It’s about as close to the beach as you can get. I would recommend bringing your typical necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, propane, dish towels, etc. If you plan on using the pull out couch you may want to bring sheets, pillows, and a blanket for that. Beautiful home and we had a great time

Highly Recommended

This property was wonderful. You are just steps from a beach access point, walking pathways, and a park with fields. Most of the grocery stores are within a 5-7 minute drive and there are several nice golf courses very close by. There are a lot of dining options within 10 minutes of the house as well. The property was immaculate and looked just as nice, if not better, than the photos portrayed. The pool and hot tub were musts for our family and used quite a lot. The outdoor lounge areas were great and the home offered plenty of space for all 13 of us to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The hosts provided beach items like chairs, a tent, and toys that can be used. They were very communicative any time I reached out during the week as well.

The house was AMAZING. Everything was so clean and so nice. It is as advertised. Walk to the beach is 3-4 minutes and is beautiful. Communication was great. Ran out of propane one night and they had a tank delivered within the hour. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again for our annual family trip.

We had the best week on our family reunion vacation. This house exceeded our expectations and allowed all 7 families to have their own space and the kids loved the bunk area. The beach was a simple few minute walk away and the pool/hot tub was a nightly hit. We will certainly be booking again.

Best vacation ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Life’s a Beach at Burke’s Beach. The beach is great for families and easily accessible from this property.The property was well maintained and provided everything you would need for a great time on the beach
.chairs, beach wagon, and a cabana. Since we cook most of the time, the chef’s kitchen was ideal. Property manager, Elise, was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. We look forward to coming again next year!
