Summary:
Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 7 bedrooms including a fabulously fun loft area for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground.

The Space:
The house is located on the 2nd row beach front. The home has 7 bedrooms and loft area with bunk beds for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided.
This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive the door code 24 hrs prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. Beach essentials are provided, these include 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent.

Other Things to Note:
Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors.

The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

Great location, wonderful home and property for large group, fantastic location. Hot tub is covered which was great when it rained. Recommend a new bbq but the property manager was very prompt in addressing issues we had with it. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had the best week on our family reunion vacation. This house exceeded our expectations and allowed all 7 families to have their own space and the kids loved the bunk area. The beach was a simple few minute walk away and the pool/hot tub was a nightly hit. We will certainly be booking again.

Beautiful home in the PERFECT location!

The house was meticulous and large enough to accommodate our large family group of 18. Each room was comfortable and wonderfully decorated’. First class all the way! We didn’t want to leave. Communication with the owners/managers was first rate. Questions were answered right away. HIGHLY recommend renting this house! You will not be disappointed!!!

The house was perfect for our beach vacation with friends. It was very roomy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kids loved the bunk room. The gorgeous beach was just a short walk from the house! We appreciated having the beach wagon and chairs to use. The kids loved coming back from the beach to jump in the pool and hot tub. Our friends rented an electric vehicle, and we were pleased to find that there was an EV charger! We had the most relaxing vacation, and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Best vacation ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Life’s a Beach at Burke’s Beach. The beach is great for families and easily accessible from this property.The property was well maintained and provided everything you would need for a great time on the beach….chairs, beach wagon, and a cabana. Since we cook most of the time, the chef’s kitchen was ideal. Property manager, Elise, was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. We look forward to coming again next year!

Outstanding Property

I have rented many homes in Hilton Head but this was by far the best! The location is great since you can walk across the street to get to the beach. The layout of the house was wonderful and the size of the kitchen/dining and family room could easily accommodate our large group so we could hang out together. The pool and hot tub were great. Hopefully we will be back again.

Perfect home for a large group!

This property perfectly accommodated our group of 22 people. Everyone had enough space. The host was very responsive for all our needs. The location was perfect! Right by the beach and was a quick drive to restaurants and other locations on the island. 10/10 experience!

Great house and location

We had a family reunion and chose this house for accommodations. This house was wonderful. It had a pool, hot tub, elevator, walk to beach, beach chairs plenty of space for the family. We will be back!

Awesome house and location

We stayed with 7 total couples for an out of town wedding. The house was very spacious, updated and clean. Each couple had their own bed room and the living areas and porches were great gathering spots for everyone.Being steps away from the beach was just the icing on the cake.

Great house for multiple families

We enjoyed our stay, the house was pristine and exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub got a ton of use (would have been a bonus if there was a half bath on that level as we had to bring kids up and down quite a bit) but otherwise it’s a fantastic house and great for multiple families to get together. Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful beach house for a friend's group getaway

Our stay here was fantastic. We had 3 families at the house, so each family had plenty of room on each floor for parents and kids. The house is a 4-5 min walk from the beach, and there is a wagon and beach chairs available to bring along. We brought kites and sand toys and spent time on the beach almost every day. The pool and hot tub back at the house were both a hit with the kids. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we come to Hilton Head.The house was immaculate when we arrived and the bunk room upstairs was great. We have 3 boys and they loved getting their own big beds and sleeping in the same room. I like that the house is quiet too. I felt like I was able to go up and down the stairs when people were still sleeping and not disturb anyone. If any of the kids woke up crying, it never seemed to disturb families on different floors. The elevator is great too. Not only was it great not to have to carry all of our bags up 3 flights of stairs, the kids loved riding the elevator too.The property manager was also very communicative and prompt to respond, which was very nice.

Great family vacation home

This home is a perfect vacation home. We had family ages 2 to 66 and all of us enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to prepare meals at home. The two washers and dryers were a bonus. The bunk room was perfect for the children and the other bedrooms were a nice size to accommodate the adults. Beach access is easy and with the wagon provided it was not a challenge taking things to the beach. This home is very clean and well taken care of, which as a renter is very much appreciated!

Family Thanksgiving

This home is beautiful and has everything you need, right down to hair dryers in each bathroom. Bedrooms are very spacious and the bunk room on the top floor is great for the kids. We loved the location! Five minute walk to the beach & the park is right at the end of the street where we played pickleball & basketball and got on the bike path. The propane tank was empty for the fire pit so we had to fill that. We contacted the property manager about having the pool heated on the day we arrived. She got back to me promptly and informed me that the didn’t realize the propane was low for the pool so we had to wait 2 days for the kids to use the pool. Aside from those two issues I would highly recommend this property!

Great for families!

We had our family reunion here. Plenty of space for everyone. You can't get any closer to the beach, and we had no reservations about letting kids walk over in unsupervised groups. There's an elevator, which was a godsend for grandpa's bum knee (the kids liked playing with it too). Management was very responsive in helping us find and set up the portable crib for our infant. We will definitely stay here again.
