Fully-furnished, two-bedroom, one bathroom condo in the gated MVP. The unit is approximately 900 square feet and sleeps up to 5 people with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom (with brand new mattress and furnishings) Each bedroom includes a 55” smart tv’s mounted on the wall!

Parking space is included and located at the base of the steps to the condo! Equally close is the laundry house! Take care of laundry with a beautiful view of the Waianae Mountains!

It does get hot in Hawaii! Afternoons get the warmest for a few hours and cool in the evening. 2 large lanai sliders invite the trade winds in all day! The condo has portable a/c units but they are not efficient and do not cool like central air. We suggest not using them. They are expensive to run and will push you over the monthly allowance we give for electric which is $150 per month. Guests are responsible for anything over that.

Close to Planet Fitness, Starbucks, outdoor mall that hosts Mākeke Wai'anae Farmer's Market weekly on Saturday mornings and famous Makaha Surfing Beach is walkable from the condo.
