Guest Access:
Island Breeze was designed with guests in mind, offering full access to the entire property, except for locked storage closets.

Guests will enter the resort community through the main gates and guard shack, where ID verification will be required. All guests must be pre-registered with the community to gain access.

Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

The Neighborhood:
The community of Terra Lago is a beautiful gated community with a gorgeous 25 acre lake that allows finishing. The lake is a two minute walk from this home.

Please note all guests will need to be pre-registered for gate access into this beautiful, private neighborhood and have a valid photo ID with them.

Getting Around:
Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions!

Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!
All ride share and delivery drivers have access through guarded gates.

There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 more cars in the driveway. Overnight street parking is generally not allowed but if requested in advance we can safe list a car for you with the security team.

Planning an early check-in at Island Breeze? While the timing is at the discretion of your Host, feel free to send us a message before your arrival to inquire about the possibility. Let us know your expected arrival time, and we will let you know if an earlier check-in is possible.

If you'd like the pool or spa heated, please reach out to the host in advance. We require a 24-hour notice to heat the pool/spa.
