The contemporary modern décor creates a radiant space that blends perfectly with the panoramic view of the entire Bahia de Banderas from the 10th floor. In-unit amenities include air conditioning throughout, three smart TV’s, high-speed internet, full sized appliances, high end linens, and multiple comfortable areas (indoor and outdoor) for dining and lounging. The unique dual balcony layout also allows for a refreshing ocean breeze through the unit.

The oceanfront primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, smart TV, full ensuite bathroom and walk-through closet.
The mountainside second bedroom features a comfortable king size bed that can be set up as two twin XL beds upon request, smart TV and a full bathroom right outside the bedroom.
All windows and sliding doors have custom blackout blinds to prevent sunlight from entering the rooms when you are looking to sleep in or take a mid day siesta.

Both bathrooms have rain showerheads and come fully stocked with quality towels.
KITCHEN
The well equipped modern pass-through kitchen is a delight to cook in and features white cabinetry for a clean bright appearance, an advanced water filtration system connected to the full-size refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, as well as a gas oven and stove top, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and toaster.
LIVING/DINING
The spacious living room contains a large smart TV, and the custom oversized couch is an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach. A seamless dining area connects the kitchen and living room to provide an ample comfortable space for meals.
THE BALCONIES
The huge oceanside balcony covers the entire width of the condo, and is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. It features a full outdoor dining area as well as a luxurious patio lounge set, offering a spectacular personal view of the ocean, beaches, pools. It's a great spot to take each memorable sunset, and whales and dolphins are commonly spotted from here depending on the season. Start your day with a stunning view of the sunrise from the mountainside balcony, featuring a bistro table and chairs for a cafe style experience.

Harbor 171 is located in Las Glorias in the Southern Hotel Zone, a 20 minute ride to/from the international airport. It's a short easy walk to fabulous restaurants, groceries, and all types of transportation. From here you have quick and easy access to explore the excitement of the old town (5 de Decembre, Centro, Zona Romantica).

Please note: The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved.
Please be aware that no guests visitors are allowed.
An access card is required to use the gym. It will be provided at check-in, and a replacement fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if lost.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of your identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
The last stretch of road leading to the building is unpaved. One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
