This well thought-out design was recently remodeled and has plenty of space for 6 Guests. You will find a king bed in one room, a two twin bunk bed in second room and the sofa sectional turns into two individual beds in living room area.

-King Bed can be flipped for sleeping preference. One side is firm, other is soft. Space has a large smart TV with cable, privacy shutters, storage, Central air, ceiling fan and lush bedding for a soothing and relaxing experience.

Twin Bunk Bedroom
-Twin Beds can be flipped. One side is firm, other is soft. Space has a large smart TV with cable, Central air, office desk, ample storage, individual niche cubbies with night lights and electrical outlets.

Living Room
-Custom Sectional Sofa converts to two individual twin beds. A rattan egg chair easily swivels to enjoy view out patio. Automatic projector lift and screen is ideal for movie night. Features surround sound, Smart FireStick for you to login to your streaming services, and HDMI ports (play games, movies, etc).

Patio
-Glistening Bay meets Jungle Mountains meets a Bright Blue Sky. Drink your morning coffee while seated in custom made Acapulco Sillas chairs. Dine with 6 guests on the balcony with the extendable outdoor table while enjoying views of Banderas Bay! Watch the fireworks from the pirate ship, whales when they are in season, as well as the glorious nightly sunsets.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Accommodations are for 6 People ONLY. No more than the permitted persons in the condo space. The Resort All-Access is for 4 Adults and 2 children (12 years and younger), any additional Adult will have a fixed cost of $32 USD per person, per day, and shall be paid for full stays.
If you have 5 adults and 0 minors, for example, 1 extra adult will have to pay $32 USD per day to access the pool and beach. If you have two adults and four minors, as another example, there will be no extra charges. The fees for extra guests can be paid at the front desk when you arrive.

Public Areas of Use Include:
Main pool and lounge chairs located in the pool area, beach and lounge chairs located on the beach, palapas on the beach (upon previous reservation at Concierge), gym, tennis courts, mini-golf, basketball court, solarium and garden areas located on the ground floor next to the pools. Public areas are accessible from 8am to 8pm.

ALL-INCLUSIVE OPTIONS
~Sunscape's all-inclusive option offers 6 dining options including: two à la carte, a fast casual, a buffet, a grill, and a café. Enjoy live entertainment, partake in land and water sports, and other amenities.
**The all-inclusive option is available on a day-by-day basis.

The Sunscape Resort is a CASHLESS resort. Condominium guests can purchase single or multi-day All-inclusive food & beverage options at the front desk upon check-in or throughout their stay. There is a maximum all-inclusive capacity at the resort, so it is recommended that condominium guests purchase their preferred all-inclusive packages at the beginning of their stay. Simply go down to the front desk and purchase on the days you choose. This is great if you want to get out and explore the city on some days and stay at the resort by the pool on others. The purchase of an All-Inclusive option are required to dine in the 6 restaurants or obtain beverages on the resort property. Food markets and local restaurants are located within walking distance to the resort, please see guidebook and google maps for recommendations!

Free parking is available for your convenience as a Guest, if you need to get around by Taxi, front desk will be glad to order one for you. Uber is also available via app. There’s also a Tesla Electric Vehicle charging station at the resort.

BRINGING FOOD & DRINKS FROM
CONDO TO RESORT
You can bring any kind of beverage into the resort area (restricted to one beverage per person) provided it is not contained in glass or disposable plastic containers. It is forbidden to bring any kind of food into the resort areas.
