Welcome to your Auburn home away from home!

Cozy 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo in the heart of Downtown Auburn. Only a 12 minute walk to Jordan Hare Stadium and a 5 minute walk to Toomer's Corner!

What's provided:

Each bedroom has new, comfortable mattresses, soft linens, blackout shades, and a high definition TV.

Living room has a new 60 inch TV. Kitchen is fully equipped for your baking & cooking. Crock pot, blender, toaster, etc. provided.

Great stat, great hosts

The property was top notch and the cbeck-in process was extremely easy. We had a couple questions during our stay and the host was responsive and very quick. Great location on the Auburn campus, which allowed for many different options for food and such. Highly recommended!!!

Great Spot near Downtown

We stayed at the apartment for three nights for a golf trip. The apartment was clean and the communication with the owner was great. We had a hiccup with the door lock when we arrived and Kara walked us through a workaround on the phone. No other issues the whole time. Apartment is walking distance to downtown Auburn and the campus.

Great College Apartment

This property is great! The owner is immediately responsive. The decor is tastefully done. Set up as a typical small college apartment, the bedrooms share a shower/toilet with each bedroom having a tiny counter area. The location can't be beaten. We were very comfortable and did not hear "college life" going on around us. The only thing notably heard during the night were several trains. We would rent this property again given the location, value, and communication with the property owner.

This is the perfect property for visiting Auburn. Walking distance to sports venues, bars, restaurants, off campus housing... Easy parking and easy communication with owner. Comact size but great layout and very comfortable for 6-8 adults. Nice to have 4 twin beds in addition to the 2 queens. Well appointed kitchen with icemaker, Keurig drip coffee, spices... This will be my go-to property to future visits with my freshman son.

Exactly as advertised

Very clean, neat and tidy condo in a fabulous location in Auburn. Well appointed and everything was nice, for example
..the sofa was newer and the beds comfortable. Layout is perfect for couples with children too. Coffee available and kitchen was well appointed and maintained.

Basketball Weekend

Our family of 4 was in town for a basketball game. Location was great. We walked to campus, the arena, restaurants and shops. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy check-in/ checkout and communication was prompt and responsive. We would stay there again.

Condo downtown Auburn

This is a small but clean and well designed condo that is perfect for 4-6 singles or 4 couples. Easy walk around Auburn main drag. Host very responsive. We were not there for football home game, may be noisier on those. Perfect for reunion weekend:)

Great location

Great spot to stay for visiting our Auburn student. She lives at Uncommon and this was right across the street so was super convenient for meeting up with her. Within blocks of campus and downtown. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. We had 5 people staying which was probably a max number for hanging out on the couch, but the three stools offered some more seating if you have more. Fantastic communication, too.
