This property is designed for comfort and offers features such as a queen-size murphy bed, available baby equipment for rent, and pet-friendly accommodations (with charges), ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The Space:
The unit is in Building 8 which is tucked in the back of the complex, so you get the benefits of Wire RD while being separated from it.

The condo has a living room that is open concept with the kitchen. The washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen. The living room is connected to the bedroom through a small hallway that contains the door to the bathroom. The place is generally spacious.

The bed is a Casper Original King size mattress, and there is a queen size murphy bed available in the living room. Please let us know if you would like to use the murphy bed upon confirmation of the booking so that we can have it set up for you.

This is an all electrical complex. No carbon monoxide alarm is present because there is no need. Feel free to ask me any follow up questions.

Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit. You'll use the code you provide upon confirmation to let yourself in. Instructions for using the door lock will be sent after confirmation.

A short drive will take you to the university campus, and the surrounding area boasts a selection of dining options and shops to explore. Enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood, perfect for those seeking a blend of relaxation and accessibility.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located, this property offers easy access to transportation. Tiger Transit provides regular service throughout the week. You can also enjoy a long walk or a quick bike ride to the campus.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.

Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds.

The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.
