This Townhome is located in Shady Glenn and is 0.2 miles from Downtown Auburn! This open concept space is pet friendly and includes a large front deck that is perfect for game day weekends or fun getaway! The most notable features of this space include being across the street from Acre, an esteemed restaurant in Auburn!

Bring 2+ cars, bring the kids, bring the burgers! This home has everything from a fully stocked entertainment bar to darts and chalk for a fun start to your big weekend.

Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!

BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!

BEDROOM SET UP:

Downstairs:

- Living room has a queen sleeper sofa

- Downstairs bedroom #1 has an attached ensuite bathroom and two full beds. The bathroom is accessible form the bedroom or from the kitchen/ living space

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed

- Bedroom 3: Full bed

- These two rooms share an upstairs bathroom

- The washer and dryer are in the upstairs hallway closet

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage both units in this building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

All the TVs are equipped with Roku.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

2 parking passes are included with the unit. This complex will tow if the parking pass is not visible at all times.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Great location

Excellent location, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and campus. One minor hiccup was that it took 2-3 hours to cool down the house to a comfortable level. But the house accommodated our group of eight just fine.

It is a little older property but is in a great location. It’s very close to downtown. It’s probably a 15 min. Walk to the stadium.

Wedding weekend

I rented this for my daughter’s bridal party for her wedding weekend. The location was perfect to walk downtown and easy to get to anywhere they needed to go.

Homey, clean and comfy

It is very clean, comfy and located in a great area within walkind distance to restaurants, bars, some shops, parks, Auburn University and nice neighborhood walks. The place is super clean and fully loaded home with appliances, comfy furniture and much more.

Comfortable with everything you need

Comfortable place with everything you need, we enjoyed the house and liked how it was stocked, the proximity to town and the cleanliness of it. It is an older place with charm and you can see it is cared for. It is a little off the beaten path but it definitely served our needs and was adequate for our family. We very much appreciated the quick communication by the owner.

Great house with good proximity to downtown

We were only in town for less than 48 hours but the location was great and the house has a good amount of space with a good layout! It’s a little hard to find as the various map apps don’t seem to put it in the right location. It was a generally quiet place BUT the train does run behind the property so every once in a while we would hear that.

Everything was as described. Walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. NOTE: initially the place is hard to find, sits back off the road with the only entrance being a unmarked driveway. But once found its easy to remember.

Auburn Vacation

The listing was very comfortable and enough space for everyone. Everything here was great. The two items the owner my look into. 1 the outside grill needs to be deep clean or replaced, because it's getting rusty. 2. The sound bar sub woofer is short circuiting very badly and could be a fire hazard one day

Check in & communication was excellent. Location is great. Beds, bedding, countertops & new wood flooring all clean. When we walked in the LR furniture was very dirty. First floor bathroom shower curtain liner was black with mildew. Carpet is very stained. The utility closet with HVAC & water heater is right in the main LR/kitchen area, it was coated with chunks of dust. (it's not ideal for asthmatics like one of our family members) Also several main outlets were loose from the walls.

War Eagle Navy ROTC Freshman!

Property management was great; I had misplaced my code key to enter the property and we were late checking in (around 8 PM). Phone call was answered and our problem solved! The cleanliness of the property was great. My daughter just completed Navy Midshipman ROTC training, and we flew immediately from Chicago to Atlanta, and checked into the property in Auburn. She had a C-bag full of laundry, and the laundry facilities were absolutely fantastic! New, big washer and dryer. We did not cook or eat in the kitchen since we wanted to try out new restaurants in the campus area. The campus is within walking distance to several wonderful places. We sat out every night on the front porch, overhead fans going and porch lights on listening to the Southern Rain. The downside: This is a townhouse, not a separate home. That might be in the listing description somewhere, but I missed it. You will be sharing the front porch and sharing a wall with your neighbors. Other issues with townhouses is that there are no windows on one side of the unit, so inside was always very dark in the mornings and we had to leave the downstairs light on. The cabinetry is just about ready to fall apart in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. The sheets, pillows and bedding are very old and worn, and the furniture is dated. However, the unit is clean and comfortable. There are water stains on the ceiling, but no leaks despite the heavy rain we got during our stay.
