Welcome to Thach Place in Auburn. Located just steps from Auburn University! This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located on the top floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. with ample storage space in the closets. The living room features large windows and ample seating for you and your guests as well as a 75 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample storage space as well. The unit includes 4 parking spaces for your stay so no need to move your car at all during your stay. We are a 5 minute walk to Samford Hall, a 3 minute walk to Publix, and a 5 min walk to Toomers Corner.

perfect location grocery store cvs pharmacy all 1 block away. 15 to 20 minutes to grand national golf 10 minutes out to I-85 many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes or less. great condo plenty of room 4 bedrooms and your own bath in each. nick was great to work with also...

Auburn unofficial reunion

We were part of a larger group that came to visit Auburn, and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by lucking out with this property. Spacious, updated, had the college apartment feel that brought nostalgia to us all.

Perfect location!

Lots of room and so convenient to downtown! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Property had plenty of room, and a bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. We had a wonderful weekend…thank you!

Great place!

The location was awesome! So close to everything and really nice to have parking passes for everyone. Loved all the space and TVs in every room. We were in town for graduation and it was the perfect spot! Would highly recommend. Not a deal breaker, but a keurig with coffee pods is the only thing I really wish it had. There is a coffee pot and some decaf instant coffee though. It is on the 3rd floor, but there’s an elevator right there, so no trouble at all if you’ve got a lot to bring up/down like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Condo worked great for our family! Great rooms, all en suite bathrooms and plenty of common area room for us to eat in and enjoy each others company! Close to all things Auburn which was perfect for visiting our student! Thank you!

Great location, clean property

We loved the location for game day! This was great for two families and our kids. The only negative was the college kids who live downstairs banging on the ceiling whenever people were talking, walking around in the condo. (We couldn't hear them though other than the banging on the ceiling).

Great location and great unit

A very nice property for our stay. More room than we needed and very clean. It is located in the heart of Auburn and very close to Toomer’s Corner. No issues checking in and there was a binder in the unit with information on the local community and the unit itself. Great experience for us.

When our family checked into this spacious, well-appointed condo, we reached out to the owner with questions. Not only was he responsive, Nick went above and beyond simply answering us to ensure every step was taken to provide us with a comfortable and beautiful stay at the property. Great Location

Perfect place close to campus! Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for all of our guests. An elevator made it convenient to get to the third floor condo as well.

AAU Basketball stay

We were in town for a weekend basketball tournament. This unit was located in an area that all of the boys could walk to eat anywhere of their choosing and was spacious enough to keep us all. Thank you for hosting!! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.
