Fun for the whole family in this beautiful beach block townhouse on the south side of Brigantine Island. This townhouse is in a prime location, just half a block from the beach. We are just a 10 minute ride to the Atlantic City Casinos. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and lots of additional shopping within a mile of the home.
The space:
• This townhouse has been lovingly furnished and decorated to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Our home features the following:
• Entryway area and coat closet
• 1st floor powder room
• The living room has a sofa, loveseat, armchair, ottoman and end tables. There is also a dedicated workstation and additional seating with a bar table and stools.
• Wireless internet service is available through the home. There is YouTube TV on the living room TV, so you can get all your local and favorite networks. Load up your favorite streaming service, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. When your stay is up, please remember to log out of any service you add.
• The dining room table has seating for 6. There is also 4 stools at the large kitchen island for even more seating. There are sliders that lead from the dining area to a first floor deck.
• The deck has comfy outdoor furniture, cabana curtains for privacy and auto lighting for the evening.
• The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There are also dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils so cooking is a breeze.
• There is a full size stackable washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.
• Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. All beds are Nectar memory foam beds. Included are Nectar memory foam pillows. Each room also has a white comforter for a cozy sleep.
• The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has a king bed, dresser, smart TV and large private deck great for sunsets.
• The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart TV and private deck.
• The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, smart TV, and night stand. (Video only shows 1 queen bed, the second queen bed was recently added).
• There is an outdoor shower (operational seasonally) located at the rear of the house at the back deck.
• There is a large storage bin located at the front of the house which holds all beach chairs.
• There is a gas grill located in the back of the house.
• There is also a hose by the front door to rinse feet, as well as a place to drop flip flops before entering the home.
• Guest access is electronic keypad.
• The townhouse has 3 driveway parking spaces.

Beach Chairs, Beach Badges, Beach Towels

MISCELLANEOUS:
Starter supplies of Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Laundry Soap , Dishwasher pods, Trash bags, Paper Towels, and toilet paper.
