The dining area gives you plenty of seating for your group, plus a bonus custom kids' size table and chairs for the little ones.

Plush couches in the living room will have you relaxed and in vacation mode while taking in the amazing views. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with king bed, large flat screen smart TV, and closet. The spacious en suite bathroom with granite counter features a European style walk-in shower with double glass doors, multiple safety bars and built-in shelves.

A gorgeous staircase takes you upstairs to the 2 guest bedrooms, both with spectacular views of the lake, bay and lush green surroundings. One guest room features a king bed, seating, built-in bookcases and wall-mounted TV. The second guest room has a full/full bunk bed with a pullout twin trundle and a seating area in front of the wall-to-wall picture window. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious bathroom with double-sink granite-top vanity, wall-width mirror and tons of natural light. Outside, enjoy your private deck with plenty of comfortable seating and a BBQ grill while enjoying the extensive view overlooking the lake and natural beauty of the Fairways.

Beautiful View and Stay…

We loved this little condo. The view is amazing especially in the morning. Our only issue was there is only one trash bag, no back up toilet paper or paper towels.. note good cleaners if you stay longer than 2-3 days.. just bring back ups for a weeks stay.

Relaxing stay

Great place to stay in Sandestin. Lovely property, beautiful view and definitely set up for families. While we didn’t have children with us, the hosts have everything you need for you and your kids! Easy check in and out and management was very responsive.

Fabulous!

We have stayed at many properties in Sandestin but this one was our favorite so far. Everything was exactly as listed and shown. Beautiful property. Loved the decor and cleanliness. Highlights were the brand new golf cart and feeding the turtles off the dock each morning while drinking coffee. Perfect relaxing and quiet location. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Great getaway

The place was beautiful and in the perfect location to sit out on the deck and watch the golfers and enjoy the bay. Beautifully decorated home just as pictured. Fantastic family vacation.

Great Home!

We stayed here with our children and their spouses. The condo was great! A lot of room and we loved the porch with the pond outside. The golf cart worked great and we enjoyed the board games that were provided. We wanted to stay again on July, but it was already booked. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The home was so incredibly clean and spacious! We had a small issue with our golf cart and it was managed very quickly. I was able to text with the office regarding all concerns- which I’ve never been able to do at other homes. Would absolutely recommend this home and will be staying here again!

Property was as listed, clean and updated interior, convenient location. only negative was as we had the same issue as a previous reviewer with golf cart being unreliable. notified property management and they responded in acceptable time to evaluate, we did not experience the issue of golf cart being non functional after their visit. I would say its a perfect property if/when this issue has been permanently resolved.

Everything was amazing with the house and location. When we got to the house the rain was coming down and noticed it pouring in one area. The next morning we fixed the gutter the best we can with out having tools. The other thing was only one trash bag was provided. The dishwasher had a horrible smell when we opened it to load. Besides the small details this location was awesome and great food and entertainment is near. We will definitely look into staying with the host again. Geronimo RV park was a great place to store your boat and trailer during our stay. Also recommend going to Boshamps for dinner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is beautiful. It's spacious and clean. The location can't be beat. The golf cart is a huge plus. The view from the living room is very peaceful. The main issue is the size of the hot water heater. There were 6 of us, We had to shower two then pause for the unit to reheat, then two more and pause, and then two more. The owner really needs to go up a size or install an electric tankless. There's room in the closet it's in for either. There are also bikes, which is a plus. However, the tires need air and neither the owner nor the property management company had a pump so we were unable to use them. Overall a fantastic stay, just minor inconveniences.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fairway 266 has wonderful views of the bay and The Links golf course. It also has a very livable, rental layout. Unfortunately, we experienced numerous issues during our month-long rental experience (could not use the golf cart after Day 3, ice maker, refrigerator, internet connection, no streaming capabilities and a few other minor issues). The owner acknowledged the golf cart issues with a “goody bag” delivery. That was a very kind gesture. My VacationHaven was generally responsive, especially when the Property Manager became involved. We believe the owners are relatively new and want to improve future rental experiences, so I would track newer reviews for improvements. While we didn't elect to rent Fairway 266 for next February, we are returning to SanDestin in another MyVacationHaven managed property.

Great location

We chose this property for its great location and for the included golf cart. We really enjoy riding the cart through the community. The unit is bright and airy feeling. The street and surrounding area are nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the turtles in the pond and the golfers. Both the porch and the golf cart could have used a little TLC from the property managers. There was a lot of yard trash/debris on the porch and the walkway leading to the front door. The golf cart looked older and had quite a bit of mildew and debris on the seats when we checked in. We also had a little trouble getting the golf cart to “go”. We would place it in gear and apply the “gas” pedal and it wouldn’t do anything. My husband would switch it from reverse to forward multiple times and eventually on one of the tries, it would go. We only used coffee cups and a couple glasses so I cannot speak to how well the kitchen is stocked. There is a street light and the house light that shine into the downstairs bedroom making it very bright in there. If you like it dark when you are sleeping, bring a mask. Again, great location and most everything was great, but having to sweep off the porch and walkway and wipe down the golf cart before use was a little disappointing.

Could Have Been Better

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Sandestin. First time staying at a property managed by My Vacation Haven. We arrived around 5pm and found a maintenance man checking on the unit and he had issues with the living room TV and we found the closet door off track. Not able to close. Those items were promptly fixed. The TV was in Spanish but I managed to fix that myself. The rental itself was okay. We found some trash in the upstairs bathroom so that could have been better. The upstairs closet is FULL. We worked around 2 broken tv’s, baby gates, high chair, ironing board, 2 irons, pictures, etc etc.. could definitely use some organization. The lighting and fans in both bedrooms are lacking and the beds are NOT comfortable. The golf cart went down around day 2 and we were without one for a full 24 hours. My Vacation Haven says they operate 24/7, but I would say that isn’t true. We called in about 2pm Sunday and the golf cart issue was not resolved until the next evening. Which we did troubleshoot ourselves and told Management we thought it was a faulty charging cord, which ended up being true but that took an entire day for them to resolve. The oven does not hold temperature well and makes a constant clicking sound. The beach umbrella was broken but the beach chairs were nice. No outdoor shower, which a lot of rentals do. Overall the house was fine. I would not stay here again and I will absolutely never book another property managed by My Vacation Haven.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice home. However my low ratings stem from not having a working refrigerator the entire time of our 5 night stay. They brought in a tiny fridge that had 1 shelf. You couldn’t store anything in it. . The 2nd floor AC system also wasn’t cooling effectively. A tech came out and said it was a structural issue. We had ceiling fans but it was not very comfortable to sleep. The first floor AC was fine. Don’t count on using the property’s beach equipment. It looked used and abused and honestly just left in a fenced area by the AC Unit enduring all the weather elements (rusted). It honestly needs to be trashed. I was in contact with the management company the entire time of our stay. Not ideal on my vacation! The fridge didn’t seem like a priority to them. They did refund me an amount for the inconvenience of not having a working fridge. But I didn’t know how much until we checked out. I wouldn’t book this house again unless they fix these issues!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this wonderful town home. The master bedroom upstairs gave us a great view of the small lake and also the bay. It was super clean and came stocked with little boxes of toiletries and sundry items for kitchen and laundry. Hangers were sparse so we bought some at the Publix, driving there in our golf cart, which was so fun. there was a tunnel under Hwy. 98 for golf carts to get to the beach, which is very crowded, but so beautiful. *We did discover that by renting from My Vacation Haven, you are not a recognized Sandestin guest when it comes to pool admission, health club privileges, renting beach chairs, etc. You must pay a premium to do these things. This added to our expenses of renting this property. The kitchen was well stocked, except for a can opener. This unit came with a gas grill, which we used and part of the reason for renting this unit. Some guy even came by every few days to clean it - bonus points.The deck extends right over the water, making it easy to feed the turtles (we bought some frozen veggies for them). At night, the cacophony from tree frogs was such a bonus sound. Baytowne Wharf (again via golf cart) was fun for a night or two, but we felt more at home at the Marina Bar and Grille. Make sure you check out Grand Blvd. too for shopping and some better dining options and Publix (via golf cart). For a better dining option, please check out Ovide, which is inside the Hotel Effie near Baytowne Wharf. One other tip - most places automatically add 20% gratuity so check your bill carefully.
