One of my favorite things about Kansas City are its old glorious buildings - which is why I fell in love with this 1900 Victorian charmer. This home has seen a lot in it's 100+ years, including being converted into 4 separate apartments.

The location is perfect for sightseeing. We went to several of the museums and union station. Very quiet and peaceful. Jaymi (host) is very nice and great at communicating. Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again next time in KC.
We have stayed in lots of places, including several in KC, and this place is something special. A funky place in a cool building, it's close to just about everything and a perfect home base for adventures around the city. Attentive hosts without being too much, I would highly recommend this place. My teenager was ready to move in.
Super cute apartment! Walking distance to everything we needed and Uberâs were able to pick us up quickly in our location. I would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at Jaymiâs cute place. The decor was perfect for a girls getaway and the beds were comfy. Nice location with an easy walk to shops and restaurants in Westport and the Country Club Plaza. Jaymi was accommodating to our requests. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
Jaymie was so sweet and accommodating!! It was a perfect quiet little spot for my mom and I to spend a mother/daughter weekend!! The apartment was ready early and we were able to check in early, which she did not have to do!!
Will definitely be staying here again!!
My sister and I had a lovely time getting caught up in a charming apartment with a well furnished kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was quiet and kept the apartment comfortable.
This apartment was a great place to stay in KC! The host was super helpful (providing a long list of things to do/places to eat) and responsive to questions, and the apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen (lots of cooking supplies). The location was great--a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the art museum. If I find myself in KC again, I will absolutely try to stay here! Excellent host and property!
We came into town for the NFL Draft and thought it may be hard to get around the city but this apartment was less than a 10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted go! Check in/out was easy and the apartment was very clean. We were even provided a list of local attractions if you have some free time on your trip. Would stay again!
She is disrespectful the house smells bad , sheets is dirty , she told me we couldnât be walking around or talking bc the walls thin told me the bnb was only for outsiders sheâs a creep seat on her porch watching us the whole night
My husband and college-grad daughter stayed here for a few days during Christmas. They immensely enjoyed their time and found the location and listing for this VRBO to be precisely as expected. I arranged their booking and did most of the communication with Jaymi, and our host was fantastic to work with and replied in a short amount of time.
Not only does this place look like the pictures (sometimes they switch out furniture) it was so clean! Probably the cleanest VRBO I've stayed in. I'd give it more stars if I could. The Manager was easy to communicate with and responses were basically immediate. Great location. Close to everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Pleasant quiet street; easy walk to Plaza; easy parking.
Steps up to 2nd fl apt not a problem for us. Sunny with very attractive decor. Comfortable bed. Lots of convenient amenities. Kitchen well outfitted. Owner very helpful and immediately responsive to minor issue. Overall excellent experience.
Parking at property was no issue. Location was AMAZING even during the cold spell. Apartment/unit was cozy, unique and a little funky. Would recommend and plan to return. Only thing I would emphasize is the required quiet times and how easy it is to hear the other units and how they can hear you. It did not cause any issues for our stay but something to keep in mind.
It was a delight of a place to stay for the weekend. The location was perfect for the areas we wanted to visit, within walking distance to museums and shopping - or a quick drive. The apartment and plenty of space for my husband and two kiddos - it was comfortable, cozy, bright, eclectic and artfully curated. Our teen son loved the water pressure in the shower. (it was very good!) Jaymi was so kind, wonderfully communicative, had great recommendations for things to do in the area, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to the next visit.
Overall a great property. The guest/tenant in the upper unit was quite active during the night which created alot of noise so did not sleep well. Also a few boards in the floor that we loose.
Unit was easily accessible and directions regarding entry were very clear and easy to understand.
