Located just 1 block from the beach and close to Port Canaveral and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Updated house with large heated pool, covered gazebo with grill/cooking area, fire pit, bar and plenty of outdoor seating. Full game room with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, separate kitchen/bathroom etc. Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite countertops and smart TV's in every room. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 10+ people, beach cruiser bikes and all beach gear needed for easy to walk to the beach.

This house was great for our family vacation! Plenty of space for all of us. The game room and the backyard were amazing! Short walk to the beach but no reason to leave the house if you choose not to. Joe was a wonderful host, very easy to get a hold of and quick with his responses. It’s definitely in my favorites so we can book again soon.

Great place for family

We have a large family and were looking for a good place to stay. Very comfortable place, the owner did a good job accommodating our needs. Love the heated pool and hanging out at night out in the yard. Thanks!

Excellent choice for a large group.

There are lots of good places to stay on the Space Coast, but this is a particularly good choice if you've got a group of 6, for several reasons: 1) the backyard is not only spacious but has enough seating that everyone can gather in one circle, or different groups can split off for conversations. 2) the game room not only gives you a separate bedroom and bathroom, but allows one set of folks to party while others go to bed in the main house. 3) the place is stocked for large groups! I cannot praise Joe & co. enough here for the foresight. Our group was 11 and we never had to worry about running out of towels! There were TWO coffee makers, plenty of plates and silverware, and toiletries in all the bathrooms. We never felt pinched.Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to rent it again someday.

Great family stay

Great location. Fun for all ages. Pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a large outdoor living space and the house is beautiful and clean. Lots of pool and beach items in site. The game room is amazing. If my family could give this rental 25 stars, we would. It is fantastic. Don’t pass this one up.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (13, 11,5) had a great stay at this house. The beach was a close walk and the house had ample beach supplies available for us. We enjoyed the pool and game room as well. Lots of great restaurants nearby!

Great house and location for family vacation

Our family of 10 enjoyed our Florida Christmas vacation at Cocoa Beach. Joe was a very good host and was extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable house which was also very well supplied with everything we needed--towels, paper products, dishes, seasonings, and plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent. The kids loved the pool with plenty of pool toys, beach equipment, and the game room. The location is perfect in a quiet street close to the beach and across the road from Gator & (mini) Golf. Highly recommend!

Great Post Cruise Beach House

The perfect beach house to follow up our Bahamian cruise. Very clean, great pool area and wonderful pool house with lots of games for the kids. Short walk to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs and beach toys.

Comfy Family Time

We went to a wedding and then made trip into a family get together. Loved the convenience to the beach and had the excitement of TWO rocket launches!!!! It was Amazing! Family felt soooo comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Superb location!

Magnificent Stay

Had a hiccup checking in but not a big deal. Great house! Had adults, teens and smaller kids. The pool, outdoor games and pool house made the trip. Having the beach one block away was a great plus.

Cocoa Beach House Stay

The house exceeded expectations. The pool, yard and game room was highly utilized daily by adults and kids. If we return to the area we will attempt to book this house.

My family and I had a great stay at Joe’s Place! It had an amazing backyard and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house had tons of beach toys and an umbrella to use at the beach. Plenty of room for a large family.

Awesome outdoor space

Overall house was great. Clean, good location, well-supplied. The weather was cooler than we would have liked so the heated pool was great. All the 5 star reviews made me nervous because I thought they might not all be real but we had a great stay so they appear to be deserved.

Loved our stay x😎✈️🌏

We were a large family group of 12. Jo addressed and sorted out a couple of problems we had immediately. The outside area was really lovely. Different social areas, 2 sun loungers, multiple chairs and tables. The pool was absolutely lovely. We only went on the beach briefly a couple of times. Beach a good 5 minutes walk away only. The inside was comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. 3 nice bathrooms and lots of towels and pool towels. Thanks Jo for a lovely weeks stay. Highly recommended. 🚀

Excellent home for large groups!

Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. The house was beautiful with ample space for our group of 12. The main beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large, the backyard was a wonderful oasis, and the walk to the beach was convenient. The kids (and adults) loved the pool house which offered lots of activities and an additional bathroom and kitchenette. It's located off of the main highway, so you can walk to several restaurants, Dollar General, Publix Grocery, mini-golf/go-kart track, Kung Fu Tea (SUPER yummy boba!), liquor stores, Dunkin', etc. Joe was excellent with communication, and overall we felt very welcome by him. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful home in Cocoa Beach

Pro: Overall is great - cleanliness, great patio exactly how the pictures showed, 5 br, 2 bath, kitchen with full supplies, spices. The washer and drier located in the bedroom. One floor home which it’s perfect for our family reunion with mostly seniors. Place is very clean. Joe, home owner, was very responsive. Great location! Within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. We appreciated Joe. Cons: heated pool didn’t heat up te entire Mon - Fri. It was from 4/8-4/12. The weather was not warm so if the heated pool was working it would make our stay complete. House is lack of mirror. Thank you Joe for opening up your home for others to enjoy.

Oasis Getaway

When we first stepped foot onto the property we thought it’s going to be a relaxing time to recharge the batteries. The outside had several areas to congregate depending on the mood you want to set. The pool house that hosts a game room, sitting area with a couch / sofa bed, mini kitchen area was great. If the weather wasn’t cooperating it gave the kids and adults something else to do. My wife and I chose to stay there since it was almost like a hotel room. The full bathroom area was nice to have. Especially since you didn’t have to go into the main house to change or answer natures call. During our stay Joe reached out to make sure everything was good. We had a toilet that wanted to be temperamental. I sent him a text and he was right on it! When he stopped by he even dropped off extra beach chairs. I have to say that this property is everything that the listing says it is! I highly recommend this OASIS GETAWAY!!!

Amazing location and home

We are so happy we booked here! The home was a perfect place for all 9 of us to hang out ... we loved the pool, it was the perfect size for our group! And we were able to heat it for our last night when it was little cooler! We cooked hamburgers on the grill and there was plenty of seating to eat together outside. Kids enjoyed the game room so much, playing darts, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard and Pac Man. It was nice that there is a bathroom in that building (one of our group slept there) and a fridge for drinks and a small kitchen for snacks. There was a great bicycle to take to the beach, although I discovered riding on the sand is much harder than other people make it look! 😅 The kitchen has plenty of space and a wonderful stove, we prepared many meals "at home." The laundry facilities were easily accessible and huge! We really enjoyed the decor! The main beds (a king, two queens and two twins) were super comfortable! While we felt the pull-out sofas (used for 3 grown people in our party) could be more comfortable, when we reached out to our host he was there within an hour and completely addressed it. We were more than satisfied!! The beach was a short walk away, and then a short walk along the beach could get you to Cocoa Beach Pier. And we were able to see a rocket launch from the beach! Publix was so close, Aldi not far, and many eating out options close by - we especially enjoyed the Whisk and Grind, Florida's Seafood Bar & Grill, and Marina Ristorante.

Absolutely Perfect Cocoa Beach Home!

This is a 5+ Star Home, it was just as beautiful as the posted photos. Perfect location, The home was clean and fully stocked. The pool area was our favorite place to spend our time. The Host was the best to work with and made sure we were okay upon arriving to the home. This home is on our "Return List"! The Goodman's ~ Fripp Island, SC

Magical Vacation

What a glorious vacation in Cocoa Beach... great house, heated pool, game room, TVs in every room, and fire pit. Weather after Christmas was sunny, 62-68... and we body boarded and built sand castles. Walking a block to the beach to watch 2 SpaceX launches and a trip to Kennedy Space Center... opened the eyes of my grandsons to the new Space Race. We were in awe... Putt-Putt Golf and Zipline a block away, great restaurants, grocery shopping and the pier... within walking distance for the entire family. We extended our stay and we will be back!

We stayed Jan 5-12-24. Eight adults. We were glad to have an escape from sub zero temperatures in Wyoming. The place has been nicely remodeled. The beds were comfortable, plenty of everything from games to tvs. The backyard is amazing for swimming, lounging, games, and bbq. Would gladly do it all over again.
