Good Value for Your Money

The unit is a little older but everything was in great working order and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals and eating at home. We loved being so close to the beach - basically just one row of houses away from the dunes. The top floor kitchen and living room has a nice layout and is great for hanging out - it was great to have cable tv for a change!! We also liked the large windows and decks on the top and 2nd floor.

Come to See for Yourself

We have been to this condo before and were elated to be able to return. It is always clean, bright, and airy. It provides all the amenities we desire including a pool right next to the property, and it's close proximity to the beach. Book it now!

Quick stop

Found this condo when we decided to come down a night early before our week in Hatteras. Great location, easy walk to the beach, cheaper than any area hotels! No complaints!

Overall nice

Overall the place was very clean and the master bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach and shopping. The community kept the pool nice and clean. The AC worked very well. There was some obvious plumbing damage under the master shower. The shower felt uneasy to use. That was our only complaint.

Don't park in homeowner or guest parking! HOA is watching...

Condo and location was great. Arrived a little early and cleaning crew was parked in the condo driveway. We went to the tennis courts, played pickle ball, and took a walk on the beach. Came back to the car and we had a boot on the vehicle and a ticket for $275! from Beach Towing

Nice quiet getaway.

Overall our place was very nice. Quiet, peaceful. Easy access to the beach. Loved having the pool right next to us. Our location was close to the grocery store. So very convenient! We met some great people in the area. Would enjoy staying here again.

Nice family vacation

Location, flexibility of early check in, top deck, spacious. Nice to have bedrooms on different floor than common area. We have booked for next year but there are some items that should be addressed.

Decent but issues

The location is pretty good. It’s only a 4min walk to the beach. The house has some issues but overall is decent. There’s a leak in the master bedroom. There was a very big rainstorm and rain started to leak into the one front window and drip consistently throughout the night causing me and and wife to have to sleep in the living room. The cleaning service is pretty terrible. The place had some very noticeable dirty areas. The remotes needed batteries, the blinds in every room are broken and don’t work well at keeping the light out. The cooking utensils are not the best and some are very dirty. You can just tell the place isn’t looked after well at all. I would not come back to this place nor use this service again. I would not recommend this place.

a few issues

all in all, good value for the money, nice location, and not loud (given it is a condo - we never heard the neighbors). But a few issues. For one, the dishwasher wasn't great. A load that housekeeping ran before we got there was still filthy after being run. We had the same thing happen when we ran a load. Also, no can opener? Plus missing some other kitchen essentials. Note that the two parking spots are one after the other in a single-wide (tight) driveway.

Cozy & Close To The Beach!

This was a great little place. The perfect size for me and my husband! Very clean, and the decor was modern and simple and soothing, which I loved. We were just a short little walk from the beach, which was awesome! I highly recommend this home and look forward to using Vacasa again--great instructions, lots of reminders, easy check-in and check-out.
