Cute North Park 2Bd/2Ba Condo, w Parking

Cute condo a mile east of the lively North Park area of San Diego, in Cherokee Pt., a quiet little neighborhood. North Park is a really fun area of San Diego with lots of good restaurants and nightlife. The condo is in a very central location, about 10-15 mins to the beach (W), downtown (S), La Jolla (N), and east county (E). Zoo and Balboa Park are about 5 minutes away. My condo has a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc.), LG washer and dryer, utilities and high-bandwidth WiFi included, and one onsite parking space. Also there is usually some street parking available as well.

My home is very private, with a long driveway into the complex off the main street, where you can park. A small community park is behind my home, with a playground, picnic areas, and playing fields, so my windows look out on to greenery, not other homes. I'm in a small condo development of only 5 units, and the neighbors are all very friendly. My condo is family friendly, and on a residential street.

My whole home is available for your use (less one locked room of the 3 bedroom condo). Full kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with full bath, guest room, 2nd full bathroom, and a lovely living room area with fireplace, and 2 couches.

Note, cats have lived at this home, so if you are allergic to cats, this is not the place to stay. However if you do have a cat, I have a nice cat tree for it to play on. :-)

My homeowners association requires that anyone who leases my unit sign a rental agreement, so I will need you to sign a basic one (echoing the VRBO agreement) and agree to following the HOA CC&Rs, if you rent my home. Also, note that I have a doorbell video security camera installed for your protection.
