The space
This is a cozy & fully functional 1-bedroom condo unit designed tastefully to suit both business & leisure travelers. Strategically located at the heart of Ortigas & offers the best of both work & leisure essentials.
This suite offers:
â Worry-free SELF-CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT which we will arrange for you.
â We will provide you with a one-time setup of 2 small bottles of mineral water & 2 bags of locally sourced drip coffee with sugar & cream which you may freshly brew using a gooseneck kettle.
â Sleep comfortably on a king bed with generous pillows, fresh sheets & throw.
â Enjoy unlimited Fiber WIFI for your business, work, & leisure needs.
â Binge-watch shows on NETFLIX & Youtube.
â Prepare your meals with our useful range of kitchen appliances, wares & utensils (light cooking only).
â Plates & silverware are also of top-notch quality.

âElectricity bill must not exceed â±3,000.00 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire suite, parking, pool & gym. Do note that the pool & gym may sometimes be unavailable without prior notice due to cleaning, maintenance & COVID-19 restrictions.
Other things to note
Limited FREE Parking if you book this home, but if you need extra parking slots, we have on-premise pay parking with rates below & which may change without prior notice. We have 2 parking slots shared by our 4 units so it's reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please ask first if we still have a free vacant slot for you.

ALL guests are required to submit a copy of their ID & vaccination card for admin approval of the guest pass. No approved guest pass means no entry. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible.
Upon arrival at the tower entrance, you will be required to present your ID & vaccination card to the guard. Once validated, you have to log your details & they might ask you to leave an ID. You will then be allowed to proceed to the suite.

We offer self-check-in & checkout for flexibility & your privacy. The complete check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival.
Strictly 3 pm check-in & 11 am check-out. Early check-in & out is for approval & is not guaranteed. If approved, the following charges will apply:
First 2 hours - â±800
Over 2 hours to 8 hours - half of the nightly rate
Beyond 8 hours - full nightly rate
Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything inside our home, follow our house rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.
IMPORTANT: No smoking, no pets & no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the aircon & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.
For reservations of 20 days & more: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff â±1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.
For month-long stays: Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed â±3,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.
Pool & Gym access is free for a maximum of 2 guests. For more than 2, the fee is â±50 per guest; max of 4 guests per unit only. Please coordinate with us if you plan to use the amenities so we can advise the condo admin in advance. Payment is direct to the admin. **Do note that due to the current covid-19 situation, amenities may be unavailable without prior notice.**
