Please note: While the home is single-story, there are four steps leading up to the front door.

Free street parking is available along the side of the house (please avoid parking directly in front due to a bus stop).

Guest Access:

Guests have a private entrance and full access to the Suite. Shared areas include the laundry room (located outside the living spaces), backyard, and side yard, which may occasionally be used by guests staying in the Main House.

Each unit is fully self-contained and thoughtfully designed for privacy. While the Suite shares a kitchen wall with the Main House, there are two securely locked doors between units. Noise transfer is minimal, and it’s never been a disturbance for our past guests. One pet is allowed, but please note we can only accommodate pets under 22 lbs. in this Suite. Be sure to add any pets to your reservation—undisclosed pets may result in cancellation.

The thermostat is located in the main house, so you won’t have direct access. It’s a Nest system, and we’re happy to adjust it for you anytime, just let us know if you’re too hot or cold!

Please be mindful of the house rules:

• Kindly remove shoes inside the home
• Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property
• No parties or unregistered guests
• Pets are welcome—must keep them off beds and furniture
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
