*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

Suite 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Suite 3: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, and wardrobe;

Balcony: 1 wooden sofa, 1 wooden table, 3 white chairs, 1 wooden bar cabinet.

* Suites 2 and 3 share a bathroom, which can be combined into one suite.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building.

**To use the condominium's barbecue, a fee must be paid.
