We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain, closet and smart tv.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe;

* Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom, where both can be transformed into a suite.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building.

**To use the condominium's barbecue, a fee must be paid.
