Bedroom and living room apartment, has a privileged location! 300m from Porto da Barra, one of the most beautiful tourist beaches in Salvador. It has Wi-Fi, an air-conditioned bedroom and a living room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils.

Barra has a waterfront for sports, beautiful beaches, and during Carnival, one of the main stages of the party, as the trios and blocks of the main circuits pass through there. Furthermore, it has the most beautiful sunset to end the day!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate.

***A deposit of R$500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, fan and closet.

NOTE: We have 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

Farol da Barra – Considered one of the most beautiful architectural heritages in the city, it is an obligatory stop for photos. The Fort where the Lighthouse is located, administered by the Navy, houses the Nautical Museum of Bahia, open to public visits. The space has a historical collection made up of objects from different eras, some of them submerged for up to 300 years. Stories that help us understand the relationship between man and the sea and between Bahia and the Lighthouse. At the top of the lighthouse, in its tower you have a 360º view of Salvador and, from the patio, visitors have a 180° view of the entire Baía de Todos os Santos.
