This vacation rental apartment is located in the Barra neighborhood of Salvador, high on the 8th floor, offering ocean views, just steps from the beach and within Salvador’s Carnival parade route.

The apartment is part of a condominium with spacious common areas and provides a practical and functional stay. The location allows guests to enjoy the waterfront and nearby beaches on foot, with easy access to restaurants, bars, markets, and essential services.

The apartment combines the entry area and kitchen into a functional space equipped with a full-length mirror, refrigerator, microwave, air extractor, a two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, italian coffee maker, coffee machine, and a faucet with a built-in water purifier, providing everyday convenience. The bathroom features an electric shower, window, and hair dryer. In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, a dedicated workspace, an ironing board, an electric iron, and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort for both rest and remote work. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant space to relax.

Os hóspedes podem aproveitar piscina com hidromassagem, academia, playground, mini mercado, sala de reunião/coworking e lavanderia. O espaço gourmet está disponível mediante reserva, e o condomínio também conta com bicicletário.

Durante o período do carnaval de Salvador o uso da vaga de garagem fica restrito, não sendo possível utilização do hóspede. O motivo é a restrição de circulação de veículos da Prefeitura de Salvador. Nesse período, o deck da academia terá seu uso restrito. Não estará disponível para hóspedes.

A piscina costuma fechar às segundas-feiras para tratamento, mas pode ser fechada pela administração do condomínio em outros dias da semana pra manutenção.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
