Bring your family and friends to Circles Retreat on Lake Whitney with spectacular panoramic views. 7 bedrooms comfortably sleep 24 people with 4 and 1/2 bathrooms. Beautiful large kitchen with handcrafted cabinets and the dinette area seats 20 people. Boat ramp located 500 yards via water and 5 minutes by car. On our property, there is a short gradual walk to the lake. Perfect for family reunions, corporate, yoga, craft or church retreats. Great location for Waco, Magnolia, or Baylor Bears events. There is no smoking on the property inside or outside. No pets or fireworks.
There is a maximum of 24 people allowed on the property at any given time. No exceptions to this rule. No big parties or weddings allowed.

The house is set up for a lot of privacy and it allows people to have their own space. There are 3 sleeping areas of the house and they are separated from each other. The house is very large with huge great room and additional game room.

The master bedroom area is on the main floor and off the kitchen and dinette. It has a queen bed and 3 XL twin beds. The sunroom bedroom is connected to the master bedroom and has 3 XL twin beds. This room has a wall of windows with gorgeous views of the lake and an exterior door. You need to go through the master bedroom to get to the master bathroom. Both rooms share the master bathroom which is large with tub and shower.

The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 2 XL twin beds. These two bedrooms each have their own bathroom inside the room. The third bedroom upstairs is in the middle of the two bedrooms and has 2 twin beds. This room would share the bathroom with one of the rooms upstairs. There is a sink, mirror and counter outside the room to put on make-up, brush teeth etc. and a half bathroom at the bottom of the stairs.

The game room area is on the first floor but there are 2 steps to get this wing. This area has 2 bedrooms with one bathroom in between. One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 XL twins.

There are lots of activities and fun things to do at the house and surrounding areas. On our property there is a gradual walk to the lake for swimming, boating and fishing. People need to wear shoes to walk to the lake. There is not a dock but you can anchor a boat in front of our property. You can rent a boat or a jet ski or bring your own boat, canoe, paddleboard or rafts. There is a boat ramp that is a 5 min drive away. At the property you can play cornhole, Jenga, board games, watch movies, ping-pong, or walk on scenic roads. We have a fireplace for smores and a wraparound porch with seating for bird watching and looking at the panoramic lake views. You can reserve a fishing guide from several different companies. Whitney and Clifton have boutique or antique shops as well as theatres and museums. There are wineries: Juniper Cove Winery in Whitney, Red Caboose Winery in Clifton, and Valley Mills Vineyard. There is golf course at White Bluff Resort. There are lots of restaurants in surrounding towns.
