Accurate property description. Host was very responsive and helpful. The pool was very nice and well maintained and a welcome oasis from the heat of the season. All appliances worked well. We had to use the internet to look up some operating details. Relatively easy walk down to the port where there is plenty of restaurants and bars and shopping and opportunity to rent boats. If you are visiting other parts of Mallorca, other than the local port, a rental care is recommended. Parking is convenient next to the house.

Perfect!

A wonderful family stay at Villa Allegra - so comfortable with all the amenities required and a fabulous outside space with pool to relax. Perfectly positioned just a short way from the Port with wonderful restaurants and bars. We can’t wait to return.

The Vila is beautiful. We loved the garden in particular - an outdoor area for bbq’s, plenty of seating options and a great sized pool surrounded by beautiful plants! All bedrooms are really spacious, with large en-suites making it perfect for family or friends sharing. You’re a short walk from the port, and even closer to the padel club if this is something for you, we played a few times whilst staying. The host was also kind enough to sort a children’s high chair out for us as we were travelling with my 18m old son. A great stay in a great Vila, we would definitely stay again!

Great place!

We were a group of 5 friends staying in Port d'Andratx. This house was in a great location - an easy walk into town. It had plenty of space for all of us, although we spent most of our time at the house around the pool. Communication and check in were easy.

Absolutely perfect.....

The villa was perfect in every-way. Spotless on arrival, really well equipped, excellent location, the port was perfect with great restaurants and cafes, lovely sea swimming within minutes and AC in the bedrooms was cold and quiet. Karin the host was really helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay in Puerto Andratx

Nice house with good amenities. Unfortunately, the Miele espresso machine was not in working order. Otherwise the house was clean and in good condition.

Paradise

From the minute we stepped into the Villa we all loved it. Besides the beauty of it, it was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need! The outside area (landscaping) and pool made you feel like you were in a resort. It was a great location to walk down by the water to dine and get cocktails, plus it wasn't too far away from the many beautiful towns and beaches of Mallorca (you will need a car though). We spent our last day at the Villa all day and truly enjoyed it!!!

Wow wow wow

This is the second time my girlfriends and I have stayed at this villa and it never fails to disappoint. The host is super commutative and friendly, the staff on check in who manage the property can not do enough for you and the villa is just simply gorgeous!! Fabulous spec, great location, beautiful gardens and perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. I can not recommend this place highly enough and my girlfriends and I will definitely be back.

We had such a fantastic experience renting the house. The communication with the key, Karin holder was easy and very positive, we are a big fan of her. When we arrived at the house it was even more beautiful than the pictures and the outdoor space is absolutely perfect. The house it self was clean, super functional, having all needed things to make our stay as perfect as possible. The location of the house is perfect, waking distance to grocery shopping, nice restaurants and easy for day trips by car to explore Mallorca. We are a big fan of the house and no doubt we will come back again. Enjoy your stay, it’s absolutely perfect

A most beautiful villa which has been landscaped to perfection. Lovely views over the Port from the balconies and a very welcome short walk from the shops and bars/restaurants. 5+++ villa

This Villa is absolutely beautiful! The photos definitely don’t do it justice… Great location 10 minutes Walk to Port Anthrax, lovely pool, great check in and the host was very accommodating. Plenty of towels and clean bedding. Would have been good to have an information book in English as the instructions were in German but on the whole beautiful villa which we definitely visit again

Wonderful stay in a stunning villa

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in this truly stunning villa. The location is great - quiet but easy access to the town. Everything in the villa is of the highest specification. We particularly loved the large heated pool and terrace. A couple of previous reviews mentioned that some bottled water and barbecue charcoal/lighters could have been left. It was great to see that the owners had responded to this feedback - both were provided on our arrival. Karin the housekeeper was really helpful, particularly when we had a couple of small issues that needed to be resolved. All in all a truly wonderful stay.

Andraxt villa

Lovely villa in great location. Here are my candid views on the property which should not be construed as criticism: Property should have bbq supplies stocked (eg charcoal) Would be helpful to have an English summary of house and facilities. Water should have been supplied for first day as Mallorca water is dreadful and we arrived late Lounge room could be better organized. V comfortable beds. Ac works well except in spare bedroom which operates via a switch on the wall Coffee machine set up needs to be re thought or explained. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great day bed. Watch out for mosquitos - you’ll need repellent outside Garage is locked and unavailable for parking Great bbq area. Pool is perfectly heated. Probably could have done with more floatation toys. Great terrace area with plenty of dining options. Day bed is elite. Shower pressure is good. Nice spa bath. Good kitchen utensils. Great washer and dryer too.

Magnificent house

Extremely well equipped and excellent maintained house. Very quiet location and yet only a 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Dialogue with owner and local representative swift and efficient. If we another time want to go back to Port D'Andratx we would definitely go for this house again.
