Has to do better with the cleanliness

When we walked in it smelled like smoke. We had to go buy air freshener immediately. The place looks like the pictures on the listening but upon further review and closer look it is not clean. A lot of dust, dirty sink, all baseboards walls, and doors dirty and smudgy. Multiple damages on walls and doors. There were long strains of hair on bathroom floor before entering shower. Pillows had stains on them, kitchen table chairs had stains all over them. The towels they provided were very dingy and worn out, they didn’t look clean at all. The drive way to the parking in the back is very narrow. The unit we stayed in is on the 1st floor, I don’t know if the units upstairs are tenants or VRBO guests but they were extremely loud all through the night. I’m talking loud music, instruments and fighting. The neighborhood is not so great either. You may want to reconsider.

Overall good

The location was just outside the city. The toilet was stopped up, we went and bought a plunger to clear it. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. My husband tossed and turned with little to no sleep due to the mattress being on pallets with not great support. The place was clean and the area seemed safe. There were 2 adults and 2 children and it was a tight stay, don’t recommend for several adults due to tight quarters. Plenty of bathroom space but bedrooms and living/kitchen are small.

Great place to stay

Overall we had an excellent stay. The apartment was very clean and in a great area. It is located near the Design District and many other shopping locations. There are plenty of food options nearby as well as grocery store to purchase food to cook as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The only down side was there was only one TV.
