THE SPACE:
If you are looking for a large, comfortable home with a stunning backyard deck with a beautiful oak tree that is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville, then this is for you! There is something for everyone here including a bar/game room.
You will find a lot of modern updates here as the home was recently updated with travertine floors throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen/bathroom/dry bar in the Bonus Media Room. The kitchen is large and open with white shaker soft-shut cabinets, stainless steel sink and appliances. There are new energy efficient windows throughout the home and new sliding glass door that leads out to a new 28' x 28' wooden deck where you can't miss the wooden swing hanging from a majestic oak tree and hanging bistro lights in the backyard.
For those looking to stay in, there is a 65-inch flatscreen smart TV in the living room, a 60-inch flatscreen smart TV in the media room, and a 55-inch flatscreen smart TV in the master bedroom; all with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. In addition, a stocked kitchen is available for guests to cook and dine at their convenience.
Sleeping arrangements includes:

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds

Make sure NOT to park on the street that is the same side as the house because it's a tow away zone. The other side of the street is perfectly fine.
There is an external camera consistently recording and is outside the front door of the property.
HOUSE RULES:
I want you to have an amazing stay and enjoy my home, but I do have a few rules!
FIRST, THE DEAL-BREAKERS (you could lose your deposit)
â Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we love our neighbors. Please respect our neighbors by adhering to our quiet hours.
â Absolutely NO smoking in or near the house
â Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
â Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
â All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee, as noted in our booking price.
â Limit of up to two pets are ONLY allowed if you have received pre-approval, paid the $125 pet fee, and you take full liability for any injury or damage caused by your pet.
â Any significant damage or by not following these rules will result in the loss of your deposit.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
â Park on the driveway/or on the other side of the road, but NOT on the road side closest to the house since it's a towing zone. (I don't want you to get towed if you park on the street next to the house).
â I have provided black make-up removal hand cloths to be used for removing makeup. Please do not use other towels, washcloths, hand towels or linens for makeup removal (the stains are permanent and you will be charged for stained linen).
â Please always lock all doors and close windows prior to your departure
â I expect that you will respect my home and that you will generally pick up after yourself.
PETS: DOGS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL PET FEE.
â Pet fee ($125 for one or two pets) must be paid prior to check-in or your dog(s) will not be allowed on the property.
â Pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, and/or any aggressive dogs are NOT allowed on the property.
â Guest is fully liable for any injury or damage caused by their pet and agrees to hold host harmless.
â Your dog should be friendly, and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
â Pets are NOT allowed on the couch, beds, or any of the furniture.
â Guests must clean up any pet waste in the backyard to prevent future guests
from finding any surprises.
â Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
â Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
â You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
â Limit of two dogs. An additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Checkout is at 10am. (Late check out request for 11am must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that I can ask the cleaner if that could work with her schedule. Late check out request for 12pm will be an extra charge of $45 and will also require approval at least 48 hours in advance.)
- Put all used towels on the floor so we know the ones that were used.
- Press the lock button to lock the front door after leaving.
- Send me a message that you have left.
KITCHEN INSTRUCTIONS:
â Please Rinse and Remove all food from dishes prior to putting them in the
dishwasher.
â Please ensure that all dishes are thoroughly cleaned before putting any and all dishes away.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
â Please bring out the garbage and recycling bins (should be to the right side of the house) to the curb anytime on WEDNESDAY since garbage will be picked up by the city early every Thursday morning.
FIRE PIT AND OUTDOOR LIGHTS RULES/INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you choose to use the fire pit, DO NOT leave the fire pit unattended and ensure the fire and ell embers are completely out before leaving.
- DO NOT put/burn any items within the flames.
- If you choose to use the outdoor lights, please remember to unplug them before leaving the lights and going back inside.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I really loved the feeling of being in the backyard with the beautiful oak tree with the swing attached along with the large wooden deck. On top of that, everything is updated to be modern and very nice with an open concept inside. It's perfect for a large group that wants to get away for a little while!

The large wooden deck with bistro lighting underneath the oak tree offers an enjoyable experience in the backyard. It's walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop called Coffee Culture, Winn Dixie Supermarket, a nature trail, and much more!
