Relax in the upscale living area, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors create a delightful Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

This single-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku.

An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy appetizers on the private patio, detailed with seating for six. Orenjoy grilling a meal onthe gas grill.

Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). We also have a Tesla and universal car charger for your electric vehicles (free of charge).

Although this villa is on the ground level, four steps are required to access the main floor once inside the unit.
