The Space:

Soft ocean light fills the living space as waves roll steadily below, creating a calm rhythm that carries from morning into evening. From the 17th floor, the Atlantic stretches wide in front of you, framed by a private balcony where the sea and sky seem to meet. Whether you start the day watching the horizon brighten or wind down with the sound of surf after sunset, the setting keeps you closely connected to the coast.



The space

This entire condo at Bay Watch Resort is designed for comfort and easygoing stays, with direct oceanfront views visible from the main living areas. The open layout invites time together, whether you are relaxing indoors or stepping outside to the balcony to take in the beach and water below. Elevator access makes arrival and departure simple, and the beach is just steps away when you are ready to feel the sand underfoot.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to eight guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen beds. In the living room, a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for added comfort during your stay.



Indoor comfort

Inside, you will find a thoughtfully updated interior with space to unwind after a day by the water. The living area includes a TV and WiFi, along with comfortable seating for gathering together. Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Bay Watch Resort will be completing room door painting in Tower 2 during the following dates (weather permitting). Painting is scheduled Nov 17-21, 2025 (weather permitting). Each door will require 2–3 days:

Day 1: Prep work — doors open ~1–2 hours, then closed.

Day 2: First coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour to dry.

Day 3 (if needed): Second coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour.

Zepol painting staff will always be present to ensure security. Minimal disruption to guests is expected.
