Everything was good. Beautiful view, condo was clean. This is our 2nd year staying at this condo and love it every single time. The washer and dryer probably needs replaced, and the smart Vizio was very challenging, but, other than that, a beautiful condo

Bay Watch condo

This condo is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The building is also very clean and kept up well. We loved the lazy river and the hot tubs.The location right on the ocean is perfect and the neighborhood feels quiet and safe. A lovely getaway!

Great location. Especially for ball tournament. Good perks at property with pools, bars, etc. do wish you did not have to travel to realty company to pick up keys. Wish property was a code instead of physical keys.

Fun at the beach

We liked the condo. Loved sitting on deck watching the people and listening to waves. It was great for my son because had pools, hot tub, workout room and of course the beach. The area was easy to drive and traffic not bad. There was restaurant in condo and fod was good.

Vacationing in Myrtle Beach

Our stay at the Bay Watch in Myrtle Beach was great, our room was excellent, overlooking the beautiful pools and hot tubs, and of course a grand view of the ocean. Since we have visited Myrtle Beach many times we just enjoyed the great weather and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. A few visits have been not so pleasant accommodations but our stay at Bay Watch through VRBO was excellent. We enjoyed the cafes and dine in accommodations. We highly recommend visiting the beach and enjoying the hospitality. We will definitely be back at Bay Watch again.

The condo was in a great location and the 10th floor was great! Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful! The condo could use a few updates in the main bedroom and bath. The condo overall was really nice. Peaceful and quiet!!!

Baywatch Resort

The condo was nice and spacious with views overlooking the ocean with a nice size patio. The washer dryer was very convenient to have. There’s a bar restaurant that we enjoyed on the property with great prices and food. There are indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. The beach is accessible from the pool area with places to wash the sound off. We will definitely return.

First Time Visit - North Myrtle Beach

Property was pretty much like the picture. Resort was slightly dated but nice. Steps from the beach and was perfect for sitting on the balcony seeing the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Minor issues were taken care of right away without issue. Beds could be more comfortable and unit could be updated a bit more, but overall, the stay was pleasant.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful time thanks to great weather. Would have liked a few things better like the resort to have more heated pools, cleaner hot tubs and the restaurant to be open all days instead of weekend only . None of this affected our stay though. Location is beautiful. Great sunset and sunrise and the one lazy river and pool made for great memories. You cant do wrong.

Was woke up every morning by 5 to 530 am with the big moths next door to us when the resort was darn near empty. Cockroach in the room that was not newly renivated . Dont sray here it is horrible, and the reality of north beack realtors dont care. Run from this place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pools and lazy river were great. Lots of chairs but you have to get to the pool early to get one. The unit itself was dated and average. Floors and toilets didn't seem to be too clean and kitchen should have had more dish towels. Dishes and silverware had to be washed before use. Overall it was okay, I just expected more updates, and better cleaning for the price.

Balcony furniture needs replaced all rusty. We got rust on our clothes. Coffee pot leaked, We love the location. Outside of sofa and living room chairs everything was clean.

The unit is dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable but sheets were scratchy. They provided absolutely nothing, not a roll of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, ice trays, nothing. The dryer didn't work well. The advertising that you get up to 250.00 in free activity tickets a day a top rated places is a lie. You get one free ticket to older outdated places, not the Aquarium or the good mini golf courses. If you are traveling by air, you have to rent (quite expensive) umbrellas and chairs or buy them. If they were to put an umbrella and a few beach chairs in the closet, it would be a great benefit. The pools were kept clean and the ocean was lovely. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We had a fun time, despite being nickeled and dimed to death.

It's ok

Our stay there was OK. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Loved having access to be able to walk on the beach. It was frustrating that the dishwasher did not clean the dishes and would leave food marks on the dishes even if I ran it with the hot water setting to start. I had to clean the dishes after they had been in the dishwasher. What we didn't like about this property was that neither one of us could get internet in the room, we both had different carriers. We connected with the internet for Bay Watch but it didn't help. I had to keep going down by the pool to check emails or texts. Because of that, we will not rent this place again.

Very nice property and condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely partially remodeled. The staff at the property were always cleaning and managing the pool area. Lots of pools! Activities with music at the poolside the days we were at the pool. Beautiful and clean beach. In a residential area with nice sidewalks for walking or running. Lots of activities in the overall North Myrtle and Myrtle beach area! My main con is the fitness center. Needs to be larger. Or remove some of the cardio equipment and expand the weight section. Every time I was In there, the weight section was overly crowded or people left and came back later. Only 0-1 people on cardio equipment. Nice weather = walk/run outside.

We’ve stayed at BWR before but booked thru the hotel. This was our first visit booking thru a realty company. Check in was quick and easy minus the amount of check ins they had that day (line out the door)! The room was spacious and well stocked with things we needed like bath towels, linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. The room could have been a bit cleaner. One of the pull out beds looked as if someone slept in it and the linens were never changed… Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view! The only consistent issue was the strong smell of marijuana EVERYTIME we stepped out on the balcony!! The rental company called saying they got complaints of smoking from our balcony but that wasn’t us. My guess would be someone just needed someone to blame or they were smoking themselves. Overall we would stay again. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use your space for our family vacation!
