Welcome to Cooper Young and Overton Square! The historical Memphis entertainment district!
Cozy and Beautiful single family house for 6 guests, centrally located to many amenities and close to Memphis downtown, Memphis airport, and in walking distance to Cooper Young historical district. This space offers:
* SUPERFAST internetâ
* Two private bedrooms with very comfortable queen bedsâ
* A living room has a king size day bed which can also fold as a twin bedâ
*Full Kitchen with gas stove, modern appliances and conveniences (and all the cooking essentials incl. salt, pepper, oil and spices)â
* Full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash
* Coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods and creamersâ
* In Unit Washer/Dryer, Iron and ironing boardâ
* Large fenced backyard with a deck is great for family entertaining
* Street parking in the front is free, there is also a big parking lot on the left side of the property

This home is a half a block from a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is everywhere in the city limits.
