Clean and short drive to the beach

Very clean spot with lots of beds, two bathrooms and a good kitchen and laundry. Short drive to the beach. We had a very nice stay here.

Bedrooms were adequate. However, clumps of hair on bedspread. One toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay, and found live bugs on floor outside and inside of bathroom that had the stand up shower. Bugs were reported to owner with a reply stating, “ No bug spray on property. Sorry for the inconvenience.”I took video of crawling bugs but not able to download the videos. I will gladly send the video to management if requested to do so.

Sarasota Stay

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent location to drive to beaches and nearby shopping area with grocery store. We do a lot of our own meal prep, so the lack of an oven changed our plans.

Great find

This was a really great find. Comfortable beds, close to beach and easy access back to the airport. Only issue was a lot of animal hair was left behind, but easy fix with the vacuum. If we return for vacation we’ll stay again!

Cute comfy house

The house was very clean and the decor was very nice. All the beds were really comfortable. They had a beach towels, beach chair, beach umbrella, and toys to use which was a welcomed surprise since we weren't able to pack all of that. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Stay at Sarasota

The house was very clean with helpful amenities. However, the only complaint we have would be about the water pressure in the showers. Overall, it was a great experience in a great location, very close to the beach!

Siesta Weekend

The house was nice and well equipped. The neighbor's rooster was a bit annoying early in the morning. Our property manager was nice, i just prefer details a bit more than 5 minutes before i arrive, especially when driving from 1000 miles aways. Overall stay was good though.

Perfect house for a family trip

The house was perfect for what we needed! Everything was clean and accessible. Only complaint was that there was no extra toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, or laundry detergent. Other than that I highly recommend staying at this property! 5 out of 5 stars. Made our family trip enjoyable

The only opinion that I have is the neighborhood is older. Inside the home could use updates on the furniture, its kind of worn. There is only one bedroom with a TV.However, with that being said the beds were very comfortable! The manager or owner was very nice and good communication. No complaints on my end, just the two opinions.

The place was not cleaned all the air duct very dirty the bathroom exhaust fans nasty dead lizards inside furniture older than listed materials on living room sofas falling apart. No lights outside none of the security lights workin at night. No hand soap supplied. I took many pictures before we checked in and after we cleaned the place to able to stay in it.That is fals information about just renovated, years ago maybe. I'm happy to had damage insurance on the place had a massage for spots on sheett or anything going to charge you minimum $50. I can going and going about the place we are even cleaned before we left for be cleaner the next peoples.

Clean and Comfortable

House was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. Neighborhood is quiet but there’s a rooster somewhere around ! Some of the neighboring properties need work and are a bit rundown. Easy to get to though. Was missing dish soap, laundry soap and shower soap. More beach chairs would be helpful but there were plenty of beach towels. Was comfortable and would stay here again!

Great Host-Willing to go the extra mile for a family in need

Our home was without power/ water ect due to the hurricane. We rented this property but did not stay at this property because it too was without power. Host was able to find us suitable accommodations at a property they were still working on - we were grateful since all we wanted was a place w power, shower and a/c; while we went back and forth to clean up damage at home.

Such a great home! Very clean and had everything I needed. Nice and quiet street. Walking distance from lots is restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to Gulf gate and Publix. If you're a walker, you can even walk to the beach but it's a short drive to the beach. Perfect location! The host was very responsive and courteous. I will definitely stay again if it's available.

There was no communication initiated by the host. I had to reach out to receive check in infomation and never did receive any check out instructions or a follow up message. This is the least-appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in, not even hand or dish soap were provided. Plenty of bath towels, but nowhere to hang them to dry. Bathrooms are extremely small with zero counter space (especially the one where potentially four people would share). The couch is very worn and should be replaced. Hair was found in one of the beds and the sections of the blinds in one bedroom were missing. I'm struggling to find any real positives. It was sufficient enough for us to sleep and keep our beverages cold. Luckily, we were out and about most of the time during our visit.

Issues and more issues

Emails had 2 different addresses , we went to wrong one first.. door lock VERY difficult. Had to play musical cars all day due to people repairing fence. A/C failed 2nd nite had to do without. Communication was slow at first and required too often with checking in and A/C nonresolved issue.
