It is suitable for 2-3 persons (also 2 adults and 2 children possible). The house is located on a small road without traffic, but still close to the center and the beach. It offers every conceivable comfort - with two air conditioners, wireless internet, Smart TV and a beautifully furnished terrace with sea views.

The townhouse has 2 comfortable stairs that reach the first floor and the roof terrace. There is a washing machine in an extra compartment.
