Sugar Beach 313 is a 1 bed, 2 bath condo that will accommodate 4 guests. 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Stainless appliances, granite countertops throughout, beautiful hardwood floors in the master bedroom, flat-screen TVs, and new decore. Great location within Sugar Beach with side views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony. Low density, family friendly complex directly on the beach. Enjoy the ocean view from the balcony, or take the elevator down to the boardwalk and enjoy the sugar sands of the gulf. Relax in one of the 4 pools. One is heated during the winter.
Sugar Shack snack bar open during the summer season. BBQ and picnic tables available on site.
Condo is located on the third floor. Main level has the kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with king bed and 2nd full bath.
Beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent on the beach during summer season.
Conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, Gulf State Park, shopping and many other attractions. A car is recommended.
Rental Agreement to be signed with 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $250 required. Parking pass is $35 per car, limit 2, to be purchased onsite. Only one pass permitted during holidays.

The unit is just as it appears online. Nice starter pack of essentials was offered. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Renee was incredibly responsive and considerate!

great vacation spot

Loved our Stay

Great condo!

The condo was great! Very clean and Ms Renee is amazing! The only complaint is the washer/dryer. It is very small and only washes/dries a few items at a time. Otherwise, our stay was amazing!

Highly Recommend

Renee send many texts ahead of time with check in info, rules, tips, and even a link to beach information. She texted me with instructs for check out and a pest control visit happening during our stay. The place was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The view was amazing from the balcony. It was a great place to sit and read and enjoy a drink. The weather was not ideal but we had a great time. The couch was comfy and the tv had lots of options. We did walk many miles on the beach even with the rain. It was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores! .

Great place to stay!

Great space for small family. Good amenities. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with a king size bed a bathroom and little closet area. The bathroom is a tub/shower oh and pull down on the ring thing where the water comes out to turn on the shower. Not going to lie it took me a hot minute to figure that out. Haha. Very comfortable area. Downstairs is the couch that fold out into a bed. Bring extra blankets. Living room is spacious. The kitchen has just about anything you can need. A regular coffee pot. Bring extra dish washer pods and dish soap if you plan on cooking a lot. The washer is a combo washer and dryer small loads bring extra laundry soap. Also bring TP and paper towels. Paper plates also. The second bathroom is next to the laundry room with a stand up shower. The condo is great there are carts to help with getting stuff to and from and there are three large pools and a kiddi pool area all open until 11pm. Best time we found was around 4 but there were never really all that crowded m. Beach access is great too. You literally walk right onto the beach. And it’s not all that crowded. Go walk the beach at night it is calming.

Already Booked Again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed for our time there. Perfect location for shopping, dining, and walking the Gulf State Park. The owner was fantastic with communication. We will definitely return to this condo!

Value with a View

We rented 313 Sugar Beach for 90 days and absolutely loved our time there. The unit is well maintained and has all the amenities of home, including a very comfortable mattress. Everything was clean and just the right size so cleanup was a breeze. The deck is large enough to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the waves. This condo is only steps from the white sands of Orange Beach, which made it even better. I was working remotely quite a bit and when work ended, our feet were in the sand within minutes. Renee is just as wonderful. She is very helpful and responsive as the unit owner, and the Sugar Beach staff always friendly. The overall experience was so nice that we have already made our next booking and counting the weeks until that experience begins.
