Amazing Home, Great Management

We had a party of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday. We love Hot Springs and usually stay at the Arlington but this time we took a chance on this house and we weren’t disappointed. What an amazing property, such nice facilities! We had everything we needed, super comfy beds, and plenty of room to spread out. The house book is a must read, it’s informative and hilarious! We will definitely be back!

Mini Family Vaca

My husband, brother, and sister in law met in Hot Springs for a short vacation. We loved the house, and loved being able to have some meals there. The house was restored beautifully. I loved everything. I have to tell you my sister in law got locked in the ground floor bedroom. She went in, closed the door, and it locked. There was no way to unlock the door. I slipped a table knife under the door, and she was able to unlock it. Just wanted you to know. We had a great time though. Also, we had a tornado watch while we were there. There was a tornado in Hot Springs that night, but not close to us. We felt very safe in the basement riding out the storm.

We had a great time getting to be all together. It is not far from all of the things to enjoy in Hot Springs. Owners are very helpful.

Awesome house and location

We had an amazing stay at the Prospect property. The house was beautiful and very close to downtown and the National Park which was a huge plus. The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and tried her best to make sure that we had a great stay. Highly recommended, we cannot wait to go back.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our home is located on the northwest side of Hot Springs in the quiet, residential Quapaw–Prospect Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It covers a nine-block stretch of Quapaw and Prospect Streets, from their junction in the east to Grand Avenue in the west.

The area was developed between 1890 and 1950, and contains a cross-section of architectural styles popular in that period. Although Colonial Revival and Craftsman style houses dominate the area, it has a particularly fine collection of Queen Anne Victorians as well.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Prospect is our private, secluded family getaway home and we truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our home is located in the Quapaw–Prospect Historic District! Built in 1934, it has unique charm, character and quirks that you don’t see in newer homes. The home was built mainly with blocks and concrete by the original owner, who was in the concrete business.

We hope you have a great time in Hot Springs!
