Ali was very quick with communication and I had no issues. It was clean and comfortable. I stayed during a literal heat wave and the air conditioning was refreshing and worked very well.

Typical City apartment. Good location and reasonable price.Pictures and reviews are slightly miss leading. Was fairly clean but not as nice as other properties I have stayed at with similar rating. Entrance hallway, apartment door, and door deadbolt made me question the over all building.

This was a very cute apartment in a really nice neighborhood! We got a little confused about check-in because the parking space and the lockbox are not clearly marked. A couple of big, comfy couches in the living room would have made it a little more comfortable for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers. Otherwise it was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

The host was so responsive and was so kind to help offer me a backup parking spot when the original one was being repaired, that was greatly appreciated. Host responded very quickly and clearly to my messages. The home didn’t meet my expectation of cleanliness, I had to wipe surfaces down and rewash some dishes, and I wish there was a vacuum available since I had a longer stay. Laundry is conveniently right across the hall! (Just bring quarters & soap) The apartment was cool and comfortable (good AC & fans) for my entire stay - 12 days in July!

Easy to communicate with the host. Really appreciated the location - less than 5 min walk to grocery store and coffeeshop. About 15 min walk to the L. Everything was clean. The couch was not comfortable for lounging and watching movies (way too small), but if you're not spending much time in the apartment, it's definitely all you need. I would stay here again!

The home was very clean, had easy parking, and really convenient to downtown Oak Park where there are many restaurants to choose from. The communication from the host was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic week long stay in this strategically located apartment. In town for business, and the accommodations were spot on. The designated parking was clutch in a metro setting. The host is super responsive and well organized. Cannot speak highly enough about how well operated this property management group performs! The price, the location, and the attention to customer service will keep this rental gem in my favorites!

Fully equipped with essentials to stay there. Great communication and directions on how to get there and get in. When you can’t get it try and try again…pull hard againPull hard on the lock box lid to open. Pull hard on the bathtub knob to start the water. Everything worked great and the bed was comfy. Very nice to have off street parking. We felt safe. The apartment was very clean and would stay again!

Birthday Weekend

We came up for my best friends birthday weekend and it was perfect. Location is incredible for people wanting to stay just on the outside of the city, plenty of food options close by. Overall excellent stay.

Cute and tidy place. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe and comfortable. Not too far from all the fun in downtown. We would stay here again.
