-Pool heated to 80 degrees, hot tubs to 103 degrees - you may request higher temps for a small fee

-Only registered guests may occupy the home
-A rental contract must be signed & each guest’s name must be provided
-Primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age, staying at the property, and provide a valid ID

Our property is perfect for adult getaways, fitness retreats, or even just a relaxing vacation with your friends or family. Outdoor lovers often gravitate to Zion National Park, which is known for its stunning red rock formations and is a sought-after destination for camping and hiking. Water sports are also popular since the reservoir is excellent for fishing or diving. The nearby dunes are the right kind of adventure with your off-road vehicles.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This home has 6 gorgeous bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.

The master suite, casita, and bunkroom are located on the main level and three of the bedrooms are located downstairs.

The master bedroom is whimsical and romantic and features a four-post King bed with Greek-inspired columns, and a decorative headboard. There is an elegant, vintage-inspired dresser, a plush bedroom bench, and a private bathroom.

A second bedroom is the gorgeous Casita with a private entrance. It is a fully furnished private residence with a door leading directly to the Main Courtyard. In this romantic and private space, you'll find a King-size bed, contemporary private bathroom, kitchenette, and easy access to the pool.

The third bedroom is located on the main floor right of the entryway. It has a bunk bed with two full size beds, 2 twin beds, and includes a vintage cocktail arcade machine.

Bedroom four has a king bed and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the outdoor entertainment area. The bedroom is also connected to a game room with a ping pong table, dartboard, and other forms of entertainment.

Bedroom five, an elegant blend of golds and blacks, features a king size canopy bed. A large window allows for plenty of light to fill the room, and it's just steps from the family bathroom.

The sixth bedroom is located at the end of the downstairs hallway. You will find a luxurious king size bed with large TV for relaxing in bed.

There are four bathrooms spread throughout this gorgeous home, one of them being a private bathroom in the Casita.

The elegant master bathroom features a gorgeous tile backsplash, two sinks with chrome finishes, and a dedicated vanity with a padded bench and large mirror. You can choose from soaking in the deep garden tub or stepping into the glass-enclosed shower to unwind after a busy day.

The Casita bathroom features a sophisticated walk-in shower with stone-inspired backsplash and rain shower features. There is a separate space, accented with sunshine yellow walls where you'll find the toilet and pedestal sink.

The full bathroom downstairs has a sink, toilet, tub/shower combo, and a walk-in dry sauna.

Bathroom four is located at the end of the hallway downstairs. It includes a soaking tub/shower combo, vanity sink, and toilet.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
Designed for entertaining, this beautiful home features plenty of spaces for lounging, dining, and connecting.

The main kitchen is located upstairs and boasts elegance and luxury from every corner. The mostly white space features gorgeous granite countertops, a large center island, an industrial size sink, and stainless steel appliances. Small details, like the hanging Edison-style lights and the painted glass accents, bring the whole space together.

The fully furnished kitchen has all the gadgets you'll need to feel like you're at home, including a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, cookware, utensils, and grilling accessories. The custom cabinets provide plenty of room for you to store all of your groceries, and the breakfast bar is a comfortable place to enjoy a meal together.

Upstairs, the private balcony looks out over the resort-style pool, sun deck, and hot tub. When you stay here, you will have the entire house to yourself. You have access to all of the rooms and amenities, and there is a two-car garage for private parking.

***There are 2 security cameras located on the outside front of the property. One is located on the front of the house facing the garages. One is pointed at the pool on the back of the house. Both are activated by motion.
***Unless there are extenuating circumstances all pools are heated to 80 degrees and the hot tubs to 102 degrees year-round.
***We are located in the town of Hurricane. Named rightfully so since the wind does tend to blow pretty good some days.
***There is a road next to the backyard and may have some road noise.
***There are 2 tall beds in the house that require using a step to get up. Please see pictures.
***We do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay. Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats.
On rare occasions, there may be an item in the house such as an appliance, a piece of furniture, an electronic, A/C unit, internet, or other utility that may not be in perfect working condition. Please contact us immediately about any issues and we will try and resolve them as quickly as possible. :)
