Great One Bedroom Getaway
The condo was very clean and just as depicted in the pictures. The hosts were very responsive and the check in process is super easy as this condo is within a hotel with a 24/7 staffed front desk. I would have given this cute place 5 Stars - but there were a few items that have wear and tear and need to be replaced / fixed (bar stools, laundry hook up, bathroom floor) - not deal breakers - as I'll be back - its a great retreat for anyone working in Coral Gables that does not want to stay in a hotel. Thank you for a great stay - -amazing sunrises and beautiful views!

Cozy Corner
Although some of the furnishings from the online photo were missing (rug and chair in sitting area) This lovely corner unit was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed that it was not as the photo indicated. I asked for a chair for the living room, and they brought a hard plastic outdoor chair. No bueno! The shower did not drain properly so I had to wait for maintenance to come and “snake” the drain. The A/C vent drips into the 1/2 bath creating a constant puddle on the floor. The dryer vent is not properly attached to the wall so the hot air from the dryer pours out into the 1/2 bath. The restaurant near the pool was Closed for renovations, but there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Access to the parking garage was easy, but many of the spaces were blocked off…more repairs. Nevertheless, I did not have an issue with parking.I liked that you needed a key card for elevator And to access floors. At one point the rental company scolded me for closing the outer door that leads to the 2 units they own. But I never closed the door the magnet door stop that is there to
Hold the door open was BROKEN. A good lesson to not accuse someone before you check something out. They fixed it and 3 days later it was broken again. I’m hoping the company will see this review and address the issues I have brought to their attention both in this review and during my stay. All in all I would stay again.
